To sharpen the guthook; use a slip stone or flat ceramic steel sharpener available in the internet for less than $10. Avoid using rounded file sharpeners intended for use on serated knives.

Answer:	My hair is very fine, due to medical problems it is thinning-- I love the Clear & Free Styling gel,, I did find that a little bit is all you need-- if I used too much it would be a little stiff. .
