Answer:	I dont recall alcohol, but I guess it is possible. Its a pretty good product, I'd get it again.
Question:	Will this gel hold hair 5inches or taller or no
Answer:	I used the same kind but it was a white gel and it did work on my sons mohawk for about 6 years. But I think this one is the Clear gel and we used it once and didn't seem to work as well.

Answer:	When used according to the package directions, Axe Spiked Up Look Hair Gel will not flake. We recommend using a finger tip amount on damp hair.

Answer:	Yes, i had 3" or 4" long spike in front stay up well. If you have a fan or something blow air on your hair it will help it and look natural
