Answer:	I seriously doubt the product is counterfeit.... There are many other stores (including grocery stores) that also carry Farouk products. They sell for the same salon price. As a former hairstylist , I believe the big complaint is that customers no longer have to depend on salons for their hair maintenance. Professional distributors used to sell exclusively to salons and professional stylists/barbers. Obviously companies like Farouk, Matrix , Redken, etc,etc, etc, have transitioned into other retail establishments, so you are purchasing professional products without recommendations from a professional stylist . So its a hit or miss. Buying from a salon and or professional will guarantee the product primarily because they are making the recommendations.

Answer:	It's a bunch of chemicals, like most hair products. I never noticed the Haz Mat label but I suspect that related to USPS shipping guidelines. Answer:	Its neither. It has some oil 8n 8t but it is mostly water. They site it as a shampoo, but it is definitely not one. It is a water based scalpeside .
Question:	Is this bar soap for people that have basically no hair of that keep their hair shaved
Answer:	I found that when I blow dry my hair after rubbing in the oil, it doesn't look greasy. When I put in the oil then let my hair air dry, it does look a bit oily and weighted down. When I put the oil in at night on previously blow dried hair and sleep on it, it looks oily/wet when I first put it on but after sleeping on it, it is absorbed into my hair/scalp and doesn't look greasy in the morning!
Question:	Does this shampoo cause a waxy buildup requiring apple cider vinegar rinses
Answer:	It has for me. While not perfect, it does curb about 90% of my issues. It is only bad if I haven't washed my hair in a number of days (winter I tend to wash it less than summer since your skin dries out a lot more. but if one waits too long, then the hair follicles build up with oil and dirt). What I am saying is, there is a balance. If you use this during winter as your main shampoo and don't over wash your scalp, this should work for you. In summer, I would switch off, using it only occasionally as it may over-correct your dry-scalp issue.

Answer:	It is supposed to be watery, yes. Despite being watery, it works very well. The watery nature allows me to spread it on my head easier. I just finished off my first bottle of this stuff, and this is the only haircare/beauty product I have ever sought out to buy again - I cannot sing its praises enough. You won't be disappointed.

Answer:	If you don't use too much and you start using this regularly you'll notice that your hair is actually less oily. Sometimes we get oily hair and skin because we don't put enough moisturizers on and our bodies over compensate. I used to have oily hair and now I use a combination of conditioner, hair oil, and this product and my hair is so soft and silky. No more oily hair.

I just towel dry, put a puddle in the palm of my hand and work the serum in from the back. Run my fingers through my hair and then scrunch and let it dry naturally. It actually enhances and controls curls. After my hair is dry I spray it with Frizz Ease Keratin hair spray from a distance to simple mist and it helps hold my curls for the day. I can sleep on them and just mist with water in the morning and scrunch the curls back.

Answer:	False!!! Dish soap has de-greasers so used over time it is going to dry out and damage your dads's hair. This Pert has a conditioner built in that works well for me without leaving my hair feeling heavy ... like some conditioners. I don't think your dad should be using dish soap on his hair and scalp. :(
