Question:	Do i still need to use a conditioner when using this product? or do i shampoo and that's it? am i supposed to shampoo twice a week no conditioner
Answer:	This shampoo is a great cleanser, but it will probably dry out the ends of your hair; so you probably should condition the ends of your hair every time you use this shampoo. However, you shouldn't condition all of your hair (especially near your scalp) as that will negate the cleansing/oil reduction benefits of this shampoo. My advice is to use this shampoo as needed at first and then progressively decrease use; assuming you have oily hair that probably means starting with every 1-2 days. After a long time of progressively decreased use (for me it was 2-3 months), you may eventually reach a point when you only have to wash your hair every 3-4 days.

Answer:	The shampoo is more for cleansing and not really conditioning. I have very thick, straight hair, and need to condition after I use this product. Only condition the ends though, otherwise you are negating all that wonderful cleansing shampoo!

Answer:	I had very oily hair before using this product. Sometimes hair will over produce the sebum (the oil) because it is over washed. Initially you might find you need to till the ingredients work their magic. It has solved my hair problem and can go 3-4 days without washing. Depending on whats causing your oily hair you may find very quick results or need to give the shampoo a little extra time to tackle the problem that is causing your over production of sebum. I also use the argan shampoo ever wash or so in conjunction with the degrease and the silk18 conditioner with the ends of my hair and couldnt ask for better results.

Answer:	I would definitely try to stay focus on shampooing your roots as best as you can. I have locs and my roots are regular and my ends are dry. I used the shampoo from roots to tips and my hair felt balanced. My roots were not oily and my tips felts soft and moisturized. I have 4c hair and locs, so everyone is different. But I did like the way my hair felt! I use it once a month so I don’t overload on the protein, that can cause damage.

You do those steps you most definitely will see and feel a difference in your hair💕

Answer:	In my opinion, it helps to effectively cleanse the scalp. If a dirty scalp is the cause of the itching, then yes. My advice would be to find the underlying cause of the itching. If the itching is from dry scalp, I strongly suggest using Design Essentials Moisturizing shampoo after the Cleansing shampoo. Lastly, the Moisturizing conditioner should be used last. Using the last 2 after the Cleansing shampoo applies moisture back 2 ur scalp. I try to stick with natural oils for daily scalp usage in between washing to keep my scalp moisturized. I've had less itching. I use Jojoba oil, Argan oil, Sweet Almond oil, Avocado oil, Grapeseed oil as carrier oils &Rosemary, Bergamot, & Ylang Ylang for essential oils.I'm not consistent; I still have to experiment a little more, but I really like the avocado & bergamot.Listen to your scalp & hair if it really likes something. Answer:	Probably around 10oz. The shampoo lasts forever but I blow through the conditioner in a couple weeks.
