Answer:	You can use it on permanently colored hair. This product comes in 2 varieties: one for hair than has not been permanently tinted and one that is for permanently tinted hair. Look at the container before buying. Allow 2 weeks after tinting your hair permanently before using this product. I couldn't find this product anywhere else but Amazon. I enjoyed the results! Yes, I do recommend this product.
Question:	Can this be used on dyed hair
Answer:	You should use a neutralizing shampoo after any relaxer. I used Mizani Phormula 7 Neutralizing & Chelating Shampoo, but any neutralizing shampoo will do. I used a protein conditioner Aubrey GBP, but I think any good deep conditioner will do.

Answer:	Yes, your right, it should have a creamy texture, I would ask them to send a another one, just to be on the safe side.

Answer:	white girl here too; I've been using no-lye cream relaxers for years. They are all very similar, but this one has been my go-to brand lately. I always use "regular" (not "super"), and I don't leave it in for the maximum amount of time. Depends how straight you're trying to get your hair. These cream relaxers are pretty gentle.

Answer:	You can, but if you do, you're wasting your money. There are cheaper Oral-B toothbrushes than the 8000 that have essentially the same features minus the Bluetooth and app. I've been using the Oral-B products for about 10 years, and other than those features, being black, and having a much better travel case, it's essentially the same toothbrush I bought over 10 years ago. Same brush heads, same buttons, same charger. The older ones come with a physical clock/timer, however, which you don't get with this model. That said, I'm really impressed with the app overall, minus one major gripe (it resets the the timer when you change modes!), and it's helping me to improve my oral care quite a lot. There's also a "Fun Zone" feature to help kids develop better brushing habits, though I've never used it and don't plan to.

Answer:	I just received the Oral B 8000 and there are 2 ways to charge this unit:1. The included standing charger (white colored) does NOT support 220v/2240v - it states support for only 110-130v and 50-60Hz.2. There is a second way to charge this unit using the travel case. The travel case can be used with the included power adapter that is a half circle with 2 holes (the entire adapter cord is black colored - I initially missed it). So while the standing charger will not work internationally, the included travel case and included travel case power case adapter WILL support 220v/240v and can be used internationally with an adapter (no transformer needed).
