Answer:	You can do either damp or wet hair. I used mine when my hair was wet & when my hair was damp. It’s up to you, whatever your preference is. I didn’t tell a difference in my color either way, it came out beautiful with damp or wet hair. I wouldn’t put it on with your hair dry though because it might stick to your hair & be harder to wash out. Hope this helps!
