Answer:	I have the blue twist as well. There is one rectangular airclean filter approximately 3 1/2 x 7 1/2 and two square filters that you have to cut from one piece. One measures approximately 2 1/2 inches by 3 3/8 inches and the second one measures 3x 3 1/2 inches.

Answer:	I do not have any experience with anything other than my natural hair. I would not want to steer you wrong but I believe that the shampoo does not contain sulfates, I have not found it to be particularly harsh.

Answer:	Tricky question. Simply put yes. My dermatologist who is Indian, follows an African American dermatologist for specific product recommendations on dandruff including medical names. This is one of those products. I use this and the Jason 2 in 1 conditioner. It's best to wash then place shampoo on the scalp for 10-20 minutes. I also stay away from hair care products being put directly on my scalp as recommended by dermatologist. Additionally, Giovanni anti-dandruff is recommended by her as well. It helps. It all depends on the source of your dandruff. Mine is due to hormonal issues brought on by thyroiditis. There are prescription products I'd advise...Fluocinonide Acetonide oil. You put it on the night prior to washing hair. It will really lift up the flaky scalp and without extra hard work. It's a corticosteroid. I would avoid tea tree oil bc it can be aggravating to the scalp. Use no products with parabens or SLS. Prescription Loprox shampoo us helpful. Keep the scalp moisturizerized without grease. Zinc pyrithione cream is great as it slows down growth of dandruff.

Answer:	Yes! My kids and I all have dandruff, and all have thick, wavy-to-very curly hair. We’re Caucasian (English, Irish, Scottish, & Welsh, with some Choctaw). One of my daughters has extremely curly hair, and it gets very dry. Usually dandruff shampoos makes it worse, resulting in frizzy, difficult to manage hair. She’s been using this for about 3 months and we’ve noticed a huge improvement. I just saw that they’ve added a cowash to this line and just ordered it. I think it’ll be great to use on days she normally doesn’t want to wash her hair, so that she can get the most out of this system. It sounds like your daughter will benefit in the same way. She needs to cleanse her hair everyday because she’s in middle school and we live in FL, so between sweat and hormones.. yeah. Answer:	I was unable to find this product at the Environmental Working Group site, but a majority of the difficult to pronounce ingredients score a one on their hazard chart. The only exception is Cocamidopropyl betaine which scored a four and is described at their site as follows: is a synthetic surfactant; it has been associated with irritation and allergic contact dermatitis, reactions that could be due to the ingredient itself or to impurities present in it, such as 3-dimethylaminopropylamine.

Answer:	Its neither. It has some oil 8n 8t but it is mostly water. They site it as a shampoo, but it is definitely not one. It is a water based scalpeside .
Question:	Is this bar soap for people that have basically no hair of that keep their hair shaved
Answer:	I found that when I blow dry my hair after rubbing in the oil, it doesn't look greasy. When I put in the oil then let my hair air dry, it does look a bit oily and weighted down. When I put the oil in at night on previously blow dried hair and sleep on it, it looks oily/wet when I first put it on but after sleeping on it, it is absorbed into my hair/scalp and doesn't look greasy in the morning!
Question:	Does this shampoo cause a waxy buildup requiring apple cider vinegar rinses
Answer:	It has for me. While not perfect, it does curb about 90% of my issues. It is only bad if I haven't washed my hair in a number of days (winter I tend to wash it less than summer since your skin dries out a lot more. but if one waits too long, then the hair follicles build up with oil and dirt). What I am saying is, there is a balance. If you use this during winter as your main shampoo and don't over wash your scalp, this should work for you. In summer, I would switch off, using it only occasionally as it may over-correct your dry-scalp issue.
Question:	Is it sulfate and paraben free? Do you have a list of ingredients
Answer:	It is supposed to be watery, yes. Despite being watery, it works very well. The watery nature allows me to spread it on my head easier. I just finished off my first bottle of this stuff, and this is the only haircare/beauty product I have ever sought out to buy again - I cannot sing its praises enough. You won't be disappointed.

Answer:	I was very itchy on head, neck and shoulders and thought I was allergic to something. Also had scaley patches on my jaw line. Went to a dermatologist and he diagnosed some form of dandruff and said the issue was traveling from my scalp to my face particularly. This product was one of two he recommended. All scaley skin on face get ne as is itching so I am pleased with that. Will probably used the shampoo product every other hair wash. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I use it a part of my regiment for hair loss. I've been using it for 3 years. The active ingredient Ketoconazole (1%) works to suppress the androgen receptor which is part of the process of testosterone conversion to DHT and its destructive action on hair follicles. DHT binds to the receptors of hair follicles 5 times more than testosterone. Question:	I don't have dandruff or scalp issues, but every shampoo I've tried makes my scalp, face, ears, and shoulders itch like carzy. Would this be better
Answer:	You won't notice a ginger smell at all. There's a very slight spicy smell as you use it, but the scent doesn't linger. I have an oily scalp and this is bar has worked the best for giving me light and fluffy hair. My advice is to lather the bar in your hands and apply the suds to your scalp with your fingertips rather than rubbing the bar directly on your head. I got MUCH better results that way.
Question:	Is this product made in USA
Answer:	I have really thick medium length hair (past my shoulders) and I love this and the shampoo bar. When applied directly to wet hair, it really works. It's a little weird to get used to the feeling of rubbing a bar of soap on your head, but I got used to it very quickly.

Answer:	That has not been my experience. I use the Frizz Wrangler shampoo and The Guardian conditioner. I have been very pleased with the products.
