Answer:	It is not a full wrap around cape. So you could put it on backwards to cut the back of someone’s hair but the front would then be open and anything you cut in front would drop. Unless you kept switching it from back to front. So I would say no. Not for haircuts.

Question:	Is there a secret to opening the bottle pump? I was able to open the conditioner bottle but not the shampoo-tried hot water, tapping, even pliers
Answer:	You have to Remove, or Detach and lift, the pump tube Away from the bottle, wipe off the upper part of the gooey plastic pump body, grasp or gently use pliers to LOOSELY hold the tube (to stop it from spinning), and then while holding... rotate the pump nozzle counterclockwise until it releases and pops up. Then reassemble the pump onto the bottle. It could be easier, but it is what it is.

Answer:	I don't think dyed has anything to do with the performance. I find that my hair is actually growing however, I don't have dyed hair.

Answer:	I purchased less expensive conditioners to find out, and I haven't found its equal. This is the best conditioner (and shampoo, for that matter) that I've ever used. Not only does it make my hair look beautiful- shiny, smooth, glossy while doing away with my ever widening part- it smells beautiful. I wish I could find a shampoo and conditioner that costs less, but, so far, this is the absolute best of its kind.

Answer:	Definitely more volume. Hair no longer feels thin as it does with your typical shampoo/conditioner. It does help a bit with growth, it does have BIOTIN after all. Seeing as I have a bit less hair as I age, I feel I can't do without, though a bit of luxury as it is pricey.

Sulfonate is related to but not the same as sulfates. In a sulfonate the sulfur is linked direct to a carbon atom where as a sulfate is linked directly to the carbon chain via an oxygen atom. They do have similar qualities when it comes to propensity of being irritating to the skin but sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate is not a sulfate.
Question:	Why does everyone who writes a 5-star review for this product have no other product reviews but this one? That makes me think that they are fake
Answer:	FAKE REVIEWS?! Most of the positive reviews are suspiciously from July/Aug of 2018 or other clumped time spots. Does everybody have thinning hair at the same time? It appears as if they hire some folks for a few weeks to write the reviews. It is sad that we have to be so hypersensitive to fake news, and that they do not believe in their product enough to let the real users speak. I don't have a lot of extra $$ but I have pride and my review cannot be bought with a free bottle of anything.

Answer:	I did not notice increase in static, but it does make the hair extremely hard to comb through. I have fine hair, but after each wash I get so many knots, that it is a real mission to comb. I use Pura D'Or conditioner as well, but it does not make any difference.

Answer:	Well I just went through and compared all the ingredients between the golden and blue version. The BIG BIG DIFFERENCE that jumped out at me is this now has Ketoconazole at 0.9% in it. I have been historically using the blue version and using Nizoral Ketoconazole shampoo twice a week (marketed for dandruff at $14 per bottle and available at target) which is typically used as the only ingredient in lots of expensive hair loss shampoos out there! So Pura D' Or has taken my advice!...and have added a very important ingredient to this mix. Also it has added Alma oil, Prunus Africana bark and Cucubita Pepo herbs that the blue bottle does not have.

Answer:	I use it only my my young children and it is the only thing I use on them. I find it works well as both a shampoo and a body wash.

Question:	How to check the expiration date
Answer:	Our Aquaphor Baby Wash and Shampoo is designed to be effective and safe for use for at least 30 months from date of manufacture when unopened and properly stored. The date of manufacture for products that do not have expiration dates can be determined from the lot code. The lot code is an eight digit-code and is stamped on the back of bottles, at the bottom of jars/canisters, or on the crimp on tubes. The lot code will either be a series of 8 numbers or 8 numbers followed by 2 letters. In all cases, the first number represents the year the product was produced. The second and third numbers are the week of production. For example, Lot Code 8153554 would show the product was produced in 2018 in the 15th week of the year. We recommend that you replace any unused product after the expiration date has passed or if the product does not look or smell right.
Question:	what is the pH of this baby wash
Answer:	Aquaphor Gentle Baby Wash and Shampoo is the same pH as the skin, 5.5.
Question:	Is this the same formula as the old one? Need to make sure it really is tear-free
Answer:	No. Not the same. It caused hair loss for my kids. I passed the return date so I trashed it.
Question:	Is this tear free? I want to use it for my 3 months old baby
Answer:	I bought it for myself as I have very sensitive skin. I use it primarily for after pool time showering. As an adult no problem for eyes, but wouldn’t want to answer on behalf of a baby.
