Answer:	I've been advised by my hair stylist that all purple shampoos are very drying so we shoukd only use once a week. I absolutely love this purple shampoo as it is very pigmented (purple color) and sulfate free. It doesn't leave my hair looking purple but instead more ashy blonde and silver color if I use it 2-3 times in a row for every wash. Hope this helps!

Answer:	You can do either damp or wet hair. I used mine when my hair was wet & when my hair was damp. It’s up to you, whatever your preference is. I didn’t tell a difference in my color either way, it came out beautiful with damp or wet hair. I wouldn’t put it on with your hair dry though because it might stick to your hair & be harder to wash out. Hope this helps!
