Answer:	It's been a while since I purchased that product but when I bought it, it was only slightly different. There was a lot more green on the bottle than what is pictured there but all of the words were the same. So, I believe it is the same product just slightly different packaging.

Answer:	I have low porosity hair and these products work awesome for me. My hair normally would have a lot of buildup due to my hair cuticle is closed and does not absorb moisture at all. If you have a curly hair like mine ( which is very sensitive and tends to break easily) I use Nizoral once a month and in between a non sulfate shampoo but it also depends on your hair type and scalp

I think using it more often might causes a little hair dryness, but I use it four times per week with the conditioner and have never had that problem.
