Answer:	I use it a part of my regiment for hair loss. I've been using it for 3 years. The active ingredient Ketoconazole (1%) works to suppress the androgen receptor which is part of the process of testosterone conversion to DHT and its destructive action on hair follicles. DHT binds to the receptors of hair follicles 5 times more than testosterone. It is thought that an abundance of DHT attached to hair follicle receptors can trigger the follicles to miniaturize, leading to hair loss. Answer:	Yes! My kids and I all have dandruff, and all have thick, wavy-to-very curly hair. We’re Caucasian (English, Irish, Scottish, & Welsh, with some Choctaw). One of my daughters has extremely curly hair, and it gets very dry. Usually dandruff shampoos makes it worse, resulting in frizzy, difficult to manage hair. She’s been using this for about 3 months and we’ve noticed a huge improvement. I just saw that they’ve added a cowash to this line and just ordered it.
