Answer:	False!!! Dish soap has de-greasers so used over time it is going to dry out and damage your dads's hair. This Pert has a conditioner built in that works well for me without leaving my hair feeling heavy ... like some conditioners. I don't think your dad should be using dish soap on his hair and scalp. :(

Answer:	I bought the professionals and the Moroccan infusion for comparison, my hair being very fine bleached and very dry. The Prof leaves it shining but not terribly conditioned, just fine and fly away. The Moroc. is fantastic. No need for a rinse. It leaves my hair with more body and definitely nourished. the scent is just gorgeous. If my hair looks good, I am sure yours will do just as well.

Answer:	I've purchased them 6 at a time, the tops on mine were delivered secured without issues. Personally, I find the top a little difficult to open with wet soapy hands, closing takes a firm "snap" to secure it. Possibly if it was not "snapped" at the factory, given the bottles were shipped vertically and well handled during transport... maybe you happened to get a casualty of shipping.
