Answer:	It will help detangle the matting, something about how the combs seperate makes it easier painless for kinky bad detangle hair. I love it for my natural hair.

Answer:	For me yes...but my hair did not glide effortlessly the first time through (like the videos I’ve seen). I had to work from the ends and up and then it was a smooth glide. In my opinion it is better than a “regular” brush but it could just be my hair that I had to work at it a little. Hope this helps!!

Answer:	yes, no problem. I have a Dodge Ram Limited with full leather, dash, steering wheel, console, front bucket and 80/20 rear, with all seats heated, front door panels. About the only thing not leather on my truck is the floor. I have done my truck two times now with the same bottle and will get a third done. this stuff is great, cleans and conditions the leather and leaves a nice scent in the air that is not over powering at all. Answer:	Hey Nick,Leather Milk works very well on black leathers. The conditioner was actually originally designed for the Saddleback brand's four leather colors: dark coffee brown, chestnut, tobacco, and carbon black. So long as you test Leather Milk in a discreet area first, and just give as much of the conditioner as naturally absorbs, this recipe should serve your leather very well.
Question:	I already use the it’s a 10 miracle leave in spray. i’m considering buying the leave in conditioner. what’s the difference? which would i use first
Answer:	I am not sure. Whe i have ordered i was sent information. The Chamberlain is well regarded. I would think any questions could be answered fully by them. This stuff smells wonderful and makes leather well conditioned. I intially learned of it from Saddleback Leather as their recommendation for treating their leather bags (another formula)

Question:	Does this product contain silicone
Answer:	Yes, I have used it on my 15-year-old cat who developed a bad scabby dry-skin problem on her back that extended from her tail almost up to her shoulder blades. I took some of the cream full strength and rubbed it down through her fur into her skin. The first time she was irritated with me but I did it anyway. After the second time, she started approaching me to put it on her. A few applications, every 2-3 days, and it cleared up the problem and it hasn't come back after several months now. I love this product also for my dogs' hot spots-- they both are rescues, have abandonment issues, and overgroom at times. I dab this product onto the spots and it heals them and they leave it alone. I wish the scent were less strong, but it it natural scent of some kind and it goes away quickly. I have actually used this product on my hands and it healed winter chapped hands for same-day relief. I am so thrilled with this product as I'm very much an organic/natural person and a strong believer in enzymes as healing and cleaning agents.
Question:	Is it safe to use everyday
Answer:	If you're referring to the Zymox Otic which is a treatment for ears, this is a completely different product. This zymox enzymatic rinse is intended to follow the shampoo. However, you can use just the rinse "like" a shampoo or a "leave in" condition by diluting it (i use about 2 tablespoons - estimated measure, per 1 1/2 to 2 gallons of water in a bucket) in a bucket of water and pouring it on your dog's fur and working it in. I do this after initially wetting my dog's coat (I let her swim in the pool lol) and then use house tap water, warm water, to put the enzyme rinse into, and pour that in and rub it all around in her fur. It helps my dog's skin issues go away; reduces yeasty smells and other odors; and has a pleasant fragrance. Do not get it in their eyes. And this is NOT an ear wash/treatment. This is a body conditioner. If you put some on a wash cloth and lightly wring it out, you can wash the external areas of your dog's ears but do not pour this into their internal, deeper part of their ear. The zymox "otic" is for the ears and that comes in a blue or red bottle depending on the strength of the active ingredients.

Answer:	In my experience, the blue labeled product is wonderful! It does exactly what it says it will do and kept my hair in great condition. It has s lovely, mild coconut fragrance which I love. I had used it for years. Then suddenly they switched my ‘subscribe & save’ shipment and substituted the pink labeled one - which has a very strong fragrance which I’m horribly allergic to! I had to cancel my subscription and haven’t been able to find the blue one anywhere now. I wish they still offered the blue one: they have lost a loyal customer.
