Answer:	It depends on how you treat your hair. For example, I am black, with naturally 4B curl type for my hair. After the treatment, my hair turned into a 3A curl type. I shampooed my hair ONCE since I did the treatment and co-washed it every other time. It has been about 6 months since I did the treatment. My treated hair looks more like 3C now and I have about 3 inches of new growth that is untreated. The treatment mildly wore off with the minimal wetting and co-washing I did. My treated hair is slightly curlier than it was after the treatment but still not frizzy and still very soft and easy to comb. The one thing I think is important is the minimal shampooing. It will help retain the treatment in your hair. If you can withstand not washing your hair for long periods of time the treatment will grow out and last much longer. I like dry shampoo when my hair is straight. I would also like to note I had dyed my hair much lighter BEFORE the keratin treatment and the color looks fresh and brand new. I would attribute that to the keratin and no shampoo.

Answer:	This process is simple, but time consuming. Yet applied properly it is worth it. Simply, Clarify hair and apply very small amounts to 1/4 sections (Do not over saturate) and process for 25 to 45 minutes depending on the texture of hair. Next blow dry Keratin into hair using a 425 to 450 degrees. Follow up with Flat iron 1/4 sections of the hair using a 350 to 450 degrees. I have 4C hair so I applied some hair serum for styling purposes. Do not wash hair for 12 hours. I personally leave my keratin on for 48 hours and then I repeat the process. Some ethnic people may opt to wash the product out and repeat blow drying and flat ironing the hair again. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I would say yes, Keratin Express will help make your hair smooth if you also do a few other things. After you shampoo and clean all the product out, put on a thick conditioner (I do this, the name brand doesn't matter as much as using a good, smoothing one) and then rinse that out. Towel dry as much as you can. Then put in a dollop of Keratin Express -- the amount will depend on how thick or long your hair is. Mine is collar length, and thick. I use more than a dime -- most everyone will need to. It just takes a bit more with this product but the results are worth it. Put it through your hair but focus on the ends, less so on the top (you don't want flat head). Then blow dry your hair using either a big round brush or a vented flat brush (anti-frizz look for that in your products). Make sure you dry your hair completely. Then put on a serum protector and flat iron it. You will be amazed at how much that will smooth and make your hair sleek. If you want more waves in your hair, then just blow dry with a big round brush. That will allow you to keep it smooth but have some wavy locks as opposed to straight. Smoothing out hair takes a few steps when doing your doo.

Question:	I have curly hair, can I expect my hair to relax a little after the 7 days
Answer:	If you are asking if your hair will relax on a more permanent basis the answer is no. This smooths the hair for about 2 to 3 shampoos. My hair is not as course when I use this product, it does not eliminate the curl entirely. Obviously you are using a flat iron in the application process, which makes it straighter, but after you wash your hair the first time, the curl returns. The hair is just not as course feeling. After the 3rd shampoo it is gone, and needs to be reapplied. I use this once a week for smoother hair.

I was even going to get one of those Keratin Treatments until I found out ALL of them have formaldehyde (even the ones that say they don't). Having had cancer in the past, I do not wish to do anything that will bring it back hence the no formaldehyde. So I researched other ways and tried the Paul Mitchell product I mentioned. Answer:	Just buy it from a salon and you'll know it's the real deal. Your only saving about $4 buying it off amazon but your also adding to diversion when purchasing it here. Olaplex works really hard to stop sellers on Amazon. This will be reported.
Question:	does this product stop breakage
Answer:	Stayed a year back at one of these boutique hotels and used some of the mini shampoo bottles, natural blond hair never treated or colored but it was completely ruined. Did get a little improvement with some 200 shampoo and conditioner but this solved the tangled messy look completely. This is after just a few times of 10 minutes and hanging in the sauna for heat. So then cvs was out of the frida brand of conditioner and i just grabbed the brunettte. Well that made it quite brown soninguess it’s good for color. Then got the lightning conditioner and after all this stupid trust in a mainstream brand it’s blond again and not frizzy. I’ll let it rest and do this olaplex 3 product again. Really worked in this case, recommend for natural blond. Amazed something worked after oils, exoensive conditioners did not. It was literally breaking a lot every day for a year too. Just do it a little and wash it out, it’s very effective and i think it better to not overdo a good thing.

Answer:	My opinion it actually makes the color more vivid. I only have positive results as far as making the color better , making it look richer ,healthier , shinier . in no way get it ever make any of the colors have a negative effect at all I almost wish I could do them after all my colors to lock in the color in and just enhance it . it's a great product. I think on bleached hair you need to be cautious of the heat coming from the flat iron that hair is more delicate and it does not need that as hot of flattering that you can actually still burn your hair with iron while doing this product if you do it improperly.
