Answer:	Yes this is permanent hair straightening. It usually lasts about 8 months for me until the new hair growing out becomes unruly. My hair doesn't grow very fast so it depends on the person. The hair has to be washed. Apply the straightener let it sit 10-15 mins. wash it out, dry your hair and flat iron in very small sections until all of your hair is completely straight. then apply the neutralizer. Be careful and make sure it is applied to all of your hair. Missing this step can result in hair loss. Leave neutralizer in the hair and work through throughly for 10 minutes. wash the hair and dry again and re iron in small sections. don't wet hair or use any hair accessories for 3 days. Im not a professional but i have had this done to my hair for the past ten years. I recently used this product and did it myself. I would caution you that you should not use this if you have any hair dye or any other processing in your hair. Again I'm not a professional I can only relay my experience with my own hair. I only have positive results as far as making the color better , making it look richer ,healthier , shinier . in no way get it ever make any of the colors have a negative effect at all I almost wish I could do them after all my colors to lock in the color in and just enhance it . it's a great product. I think on bleached hair you need to be cautious of the heat coming from the flat iron that hair is more delicate and it does not need that as hot of flattering that you can actually still burn your hair with iron while doing this product if you do it improperly.

Answer:	You absolutely need to use a clarifying shampoo before starting the treatment. It's very important that your hair does not have any residue from other products otherwise the treatment will not take to your hair. It does not need to be an expensive brand. Answer:	In answer to your questions: Yes, this product can be used on color hair I have used this product twice, and had no damage. But, my hair had no damage prior to using it either. I think this will depend on how curly your hair is currently. If you hair is super curly, it will lessen the curl and make it easier to blow-dry and style. If you hair is not very curly, you would still be able to wear it curly if you did not want to blow-dry it. It would just not be as curly. I hope this helps.

Answer:	You wash your hair really good. Do not use conditioner because you hair needs to be squeaky clean. Blow dry your hair and apply product. Not too much, use a small tooth comb after you apply and excess will come off. After you finish applying next step is to blow dry hair. Be gentle with your hair because it feels weird at this point. Make sure it is completely dry. It can be hard to tell if it is dry because of the texture it makes you hair at this point. Then section your hair so you don't miss any. Straighten with flat iron. Run flat iron about 3 or 4 times before getting another piece to straighten. Leave on about 6 hours. I usually do this before I go to bed then wash out in morning. After you wash out you will be soo amazed at how beautiful and healthy your hair is! I never want to be without this! It's a miracle treatment. Good luck!
