Answer:	Use both! They serve two different purposes. Start with leaving a generous amount of the conditioning mask on your hair during your final rinse. If you're not madly in love with the result, use a little less the next time. Apply a tiny amount of the oil to the ends of your hair before you blow-dry, but don't get carried away here --- the last thing you want to do to the delicate tips is french-fry them. Smooth any stubborn post-dry flyaways with another small dot rubbed between your palms and fingertips.

Answer:	You can surely use it! I've been using it since I relaxed my hair and damaged it. I leave it on as long as I can; a day or even two and then wash it off. My hair was feeing so dry and like straw and also breaking. This treatment has it feeling like real hair again. I'm super happy with it. I'm going to keep using it because I need this damaged hair to be decent until my natural hair grows back. Might be a long answer but I hope it helps!

If you find that it makes your hair oily, I recommend cutting it with a bit of regular conditioner to decrease the amount on argan oil going onto your hair.

I told my stylist I used this for 30mins 1/week thinking I’d get brownie points for taking care of my hair but he said hair can only absorb a certain amount of the mask and leaving it on longer doesn’t change that. Hair is like a sponge. If you put a sponge in a sink full of water, the sponge won’t absorb it all if you leave it in 1 hr - 10 minutes is just the right amount 👌🏽

Answer:	Yes, free of both. I checked the ingredients list on the jar before responding here. And, I love this product. Before this I used "It's A 10" , which I would still recommend to anyone who asks, but this product is best for me. I use it after my shower while my hair is still wet, then again in the morning with a few drops of water on my fingers. A little goes a long way. My hair goes down my back 1/2 way down my shoulder blade.

Answer:	Verb products have really no fragrances, no parapets, no gluten , phosphate, free for everything including not animal tested and nothing to strip color, sorry early forgot the name the stuff. All Vernb Ghost shampoo conditioner are seriously the best.. as far as smell/ nothing.and I use all the products. This stuff is amazing..I use it once a week. I do have coarse long , long hair, but I use it after I out the Verb OIL in.I have the dry spray oil but only when my hair is like dry as in after it's completely air dried if I need it. I do not US ANY HAIR DRYER , ONLY USIDE DOWN 3 SECONDS WITH A DIFFUSER. I LOVE THIUS STUFF.ANYONE WHO USES IT THAT I KNOW LOVES IT TOO.

Question:	Is it too heavy for fine wavy hair
Answer:	I have extremely fine hair, and my curl stylist recommends I only use it once a week. But she did recommend it for me vs. other conditioners to heal my ends. I use pure harmony hairbath for shampoo.
Question:	Is this product good to use on color-treated hair
Answer:	Yes! I have highlights and it works great! The thing to know about the innersense line is that you must clarify your hair first before shampoo/cond to get great results. I use Malibu undo goo then i use the hairbath for color treated hair then i use the mask. I always know if my hair doesn’t respond to conditioner 9/10 it’s because my hair isn’t really clean (clarified).

Question:	How often do you use it
Answer:	You can use it as often as needed it is preferred you use it every time you wash your hair. We recommend you apply generously to wet hair after shampooing. Leave on for 3-5 minutes. Rinse hair thoroughly. However, it all depends on your hair type.

Answer:	No. No need to.
Question:	Is this the product that you leave in for a few minutes and rinse out
Answer:	Yes, I would reccomend running a comb, pick, or your fingers, through your hair while applying the grow long repairing mask, then let it sit for 3-5 minutes; every other wash.
Question:	Do you use shampoo before or after
Answer:	I like to use shampoo first so that my hair is clean and free from any product buildup. Then I towel dry so my hair is damp but not dripping wet and apply this hair mask :)
Question:	Is this just a one use
Answer:	I’ve used it twice and I still have left for a third time. My hair is shoulder length though, so I don’t really need much of it. If you have longer/ thicker hair maybe you have for two applications.
Question:	can you use this on keratin treated hair
Answer:	Yes
Question:	I don’t have a way to apply heat, will this make a difference I hear you have to apply heat while the protein is setting
Answer:	Yes, you should apply heat. Sit next to your oven with the door open if you have to. I used my blow dryer. Heat changes the structures of protein molecules. Use heat.
Question:	Is it safe to dye your hair just after using this
Answer:	It’s better to dye hair first then use the treatment like 1-2wk later. Color will absorb better if used prior. However, if I were you, i’d probably wait 2-3 wks to dye my hair.
