In conjunction with the Rogaine, I went through 2 bottles full of this supplement, taking two pills together with a multi-vitamin and food to promote absorption...nothing. Then I split up the dosage (morning and evening), doing the same routine....nothing. About me: I'm in my 40's and have had a receding hairline + bald spot in back since my early 30's, so I'm not sure how much that contributes. I've asked my barber to look and let me know his thoughts. He said he can see some very fine, very weak strands of hair in the bald spot, but that's it.
