| Answer: | Well I just went through and compared all the ingredients between the golden and blue version. The BIG BIG DIFFERENCE that jumped out at me is this now has Ketoconazole at 0.9% in it. I have been historically using the blue version and using Nizoral Ketoconazole shampoo twice a week (marketed for dandruff at $14 per bottle and available at target) which is typically used as the only ingredient in lots of expensive hair loss shampoos out there! So Pura D' Or has taken my advice!...and have added a very important ingredient to this mix. Also it has added Alma oil, Prunus Africana bark and Cucubita Pepo herbs that the blue bottle does not have. |

| Answer: | You have to Remove, or Detach and lift, the pump tube Away from the bottle, wipe off the upper part of the gooey plastic pump body, grasp or gently use pliers to LOOSELY hold the tube (to stop it from spinning), and then while holding... rotate the pump nozzle counterclockwise until it releases and pops up. Then reassemble the pump onto the bottle. It could be easier, but it is what it is. |

I have no itching I have no dandruff or flaking and I'm absolutely thrilled with this because it started making my hair grow back but I'm also taking a vitamin for hair that has biotin in it so maybe the two together, one from the inside and the outside are working wonders but my hair has grown over an inch and a half in 4 weeks, I love it love it love love it!!! Found out that it's also safe to use on color treated hair so I gave it to a friend and she also loves it! |

It sat for two years in the cabinet and I had forgotten about it. I Recently noticed my hair on the top back portion of my head was thinning. Eventhough the bottle was old, I decided to use it and it actually worked. In about 2 weeks, my hair is visibly thicker in that area. Now I need to reorder but I'm not going to take a chance on the new formula. |

My ONLY complaint is the scent is not pleasant at all but no one noticed it after my hair is dry. |
