Answer:	Biotin can absolutely be absorbed through the skin and the scalp which is where you should be putting this all so it doesn't hurt for you to get a multivitamin or a vitamin called Extra Strength Hair Skin and Nails which also has biotin in it and Argan oils and other vitamins and hyaluronic acid which are all very good for helping to absorb all those things into your system and they all help so this absolutely does get absorbed through the skin or scalp

Answer:	I am currently still using it three times a week my hair is growing back thicker,my NATURAL color, and feels absolutely soft. I have no itching I have no dandruff or flaking and I'm absolutely thrilled with this because it started making my hair grow back but I'm also taking a vitamin for hair that has biotin in it so maybe the two together, one from the inside and the outside are working wonders but my hair has grown over an inch and a half in 4 weeks, I love it love it love love it!!! Answer:	Didn’t work for me in fact it caused more damage. Mid foty’s, past shoulder, color treated, fine hair. It’s never been great hair but it has always had a shiny and smooth appearance. Answer:	As LaLa said, the ingredients have changed. I bought a bottle about 2 years ago with the L-cysteine, green tea extract etc. And only used it a couple times. It sat for two years in the cabinet and I had forgotten about it. I Recently noticed my hair on the top back portion of my head was thinning. Question:	Is there a secret to opening the bottle pump? I was able to open the conditioner bottle but not the shampoo-tried hot water, tapping, even pliers
Answer:	You have to Remove, or Detach and lift, the pump tube Away from the bottle, wipe off the upper part of the gooey plastic pump body, grasp or gently use pliers to LOOSELY hold the tube (to stop it from spinning), and then while holding... rotate the pump nozzle counterclockwise until it releases and pops up. Then reassemble the pump onto the bottle. It could be easier, but it is what it is.
Question:	For thinning dyed hair
Answer:	I don't think dyed has anything to do with the performance. I find that my hair is actually growing however, I don't have dyed hair.
Question:	What are the benefits of using the shampoo with the conditioner? as opposed to using another brand of conditioner
Answer:	I purchased less expensive conditioners to find out, and I haven't found its equal. This is the best conditioner (and shampoo, for that matter) that I've ever used. Not only does it make my hair look beautiful- shiny, smooth, glossy while doing away with my ever widening part- it smells beautiful. I wish I could find a shampoo and conditioner that costs less, but, so far, this is the absolute best of its kind.

Answer:	Definitely more volume. Hair no longer feels thin as it does with your typical shampoo/conditioner. It does help a bit with growth, it does have BIOTIN after all. Seeing as I have a bit less hair as I age, I feel I can't do without, though a bit of luxury as it is pricey.

Sulfonate is related to but not the same as sulfates. In a sulfonate the sulfur is linked direct to a carbon atom where as a sulfate is linked directly to the carbon chain via an oxygen atom. They do have similar qualities when it comes to propensity of being irritating to the skin but sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate is not a sulfate.

Answer:	FAKE REVIEWS?! Most of the positive reviews are suspiciously from July/Aug of 2018 or other clumped time spots. Does everybody have thinning hair at the same time? It appears as if they hire some folks for a few weeks to write the reviews. It is sad that we have to be so hypersensitive to fake news, and that they do not believe in their product enough to let the real users speak. I don't have a lot of extra $$ but I have pride and my review cannot be bought with a free bottle of anything.

Answer:	I did not notice increase in static, but it does make the hair extremely hard to comb through. I have fine hair, but after each wash I get so many knots, that it is a real mission to comb. I use Pura D'Or conditioner as well, but it does not make any difference.

Answer:	Well I just went through and compared all the ingredients between the golden and blue version. The BIG BIG DIFFERENCE that jumped out at me is this now has Ketoconazole at 0.9% in it. I have been historically using the blue version and using Nizoral Ketoconazole shampoo twice a week (marketed for dandruff at $14 per bottle and available at target) which is typically used as the only ingredient in lots of expensive hair loss shampoos out there! So Pura D' Or has taken my advice!...and have added a very important ingredient to this mix. Also it has added Alma oil, Prunus Africana bark and Cucubita Pepo herbs that the blue bottle does not have.
