Answer:	I have found that it def makes a difference same day, but a better one over a few days. It really works but if you're really really brassy there's only soMuch any shampoo can do. In that case- make a rinse of 4 parts apple cider vinegar to 2 parts water and rinse head. Put hair in shower cap and wait about 15 minutes. Then rinse out but don't wash right away. You won't see a difference for a few hours but then you will I guess it had to oxidize. Anyway. That should help!

Answer:	I personally use it twice in the shower. I lather and rinse normally the first time, then the second time I will leave it in for 3-5 minutes before rinsing. The longer you leave it in the better conditioner you'll want to use

Answer:	I really don't know as my hair is extremely straight. I do use a vinegar rinse..a couple of tablespoons of white vinegar in a couple of cups of water that I keep in a dish detergent bottle in the shower... squirt it on and rinse it off. I can tell you that I get a lot of compliments on the color of my hair so it really helps with yellow and makes it look kind of elegant.

Answer:	Yes, the box is recyclable cardboard and the bar comes in a tin box. At this time I am keeping the tin boxes. I have found several good uses for them. I did learn not to keep the tin box in the shower because it rusts and is difficult to open especially with wet hands. I got the little wooden soap holders and keep my shampoo and conditioner bars on them in the shower. Eventually, I will have to recycle the tin boxes when I no longer have a need for any more but for now I am enjoying their usefulness.

Sulfonate is related to but not the same as sulfates. In a sulfonate the sulfur is linked direct to a carbon atom where as a sulfate is linked directly to the carbon chain via an oxygen atom. They do have similar qualities when it comes to propensity of being irritating to the skin but sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate is not a sulfate.

Answer:	FAKE REVIEWS?! Most of the positive reviews are suspiciously from July/Aug of 2018 or other clumped time spots. Does everybody have thinning hair at the same time? It appears as if they hire some folks for a few weeks to write the reviews. It is sad that we have to be so hypersensitive to fake news, and that they do not believe in their product enough to let the real users speak. I don't have a lot of extra $$ but I have pride and my review cannot be bought with a free bottle of anything.

Answer:	I did not notice increase in static, but it does make the hair extremely hard to comb through. I have fine hair, but after each wash I get so many knots, that it is a real mission to comb. I use Pura D'Or conditioner as well, but it does not make any difference.

Answer:	Well I just went through and compared all the ingredients between the golden and blue version. The BIG BIG DIFFERENCE that jumped out at me is this now has Ketoconazole at 0.9% in it. I have been historically using the blue version and using Nizoral Ketoconazole shampoo twice a week (marketed for dandruff at $14 per bottle and available at target) which is typically used as the only ingredient in lots of expensive hair loss shampoos out there! So Pura D' Or has taken my advice!...and have added a very important ingredient to this mix. Also it has added Alma oil, Prunus Africana bark and Cucubita Pepo herbs that the blue bottle does not have.

Question:	Is there a secret to opening the bottle pump? I was able to open the conditioner bottle but not the shampoo-tried hot water, tapping, even pliers
Answer:	You have to Remove, or Detach and lift, the pump tube Away from the bottle, wipe off the upper part of the gooey plastic pump body, grasp or gently use pliers to LOOSELY hold the tube (to stop it from spinning), and then while holding... rotate the pump nozzle counterclockwise until it releases and pops up. Then reassemble the pump onto the bottle. It could be easier, but it is what it is.

Answer:	I don't think dyed has anything to do with the performance. I find that my hair is actually growing however, I don't have dyed hair.

Answer:	I am not a hair stylist but, a toner is different than a toning shampoo. I toner is a straight chemical and a toning shampoo takes out that yellowish color banana peel color and makes it more of a vibrant banana fruit blonde. A toner will take out the didn't leave in long enough brassy orange/yellow, where the shampoo takes out the yellow brass. The shampoo is easier on your hair.

Answer:	All it does is makes blonde a cooler tone. So any red, orange, or yellows will go away. It doesn't do anything for brown really, I just think it will take care of the warm tones. It won't fade color, just removes the warm. Even if you don't like the effect, a couple of washes and it will turn back.
