Answer:	Most are actually 25 volume, not 20. The blonding kits will be 30 or 40, and will be more upfront about it (such as the 30V). It depends which one you choose. DO NOT listen to the person who says 40 is "standard" they're delusional.
Question:	How difficult/easy is this dye to remove after a month or two using hair color remover (not bleach
Answer:	I have brown hair. First, I bleached it using L'Oreal Quick Blue bleach with 30 Volume Developer. *** 24 hours before bleaching, I put coconut oil in my hair to help protect my hair from breakage. No need to wash out the coconut oil. Just apply the bleach after leaving the coconut oil in your hair for 24 hours. Follow the instructions for the bleaching process. A week after I had bleached my hair, I applied the hair color.

Answer:	It covers grey only in that it makes it a lighter (sometimes white) blonde - can be useful if you'd like the 'streaked' look

Answer:	It’s not recommended for dark hair but I lightened my hair with peroxide and baking soda for an hour with a towel around my hair and in the places where it lightened it up , it was that colored maybe a little darker , but I kept using that color and each time it’s lighter and now it’s completely that color

Answer:	So much plays into how hair color looks on your hair that it is really hard to say. I tried the light reddish brown on my hair but it did not blend with my eyes and fair coloring (freckles, fair complexion and green eyes) the color looked okay but it was too dark for me. i would think someone with a darker complexion and either blue or brown eyes would like the results.

Answer:	If you mean the conditioner that comes with the hair color, not that I know of. However L’Oreal does make a weekly product in a tube that is very similar in its richness. All their hair products are very high quality.

Answer:	I have used them both for over 30 years. As of 2017, PREFERENCE! For either, you do have to let it sit on your head for longer than the box says if you expect full grey coverage that will last longer than a few days. I currently time mine at 50 minutes.

Answer:	Hi there! Thank you for your interest in Nutrisse Nourishing Color Creme, 20-Soft Black. If your hair is color-treated Light Brown or darker, this shade can be used to go darker. We hope this information is helpful.
Question:	my hair is mousy dark blonde with blonde ends will this colour be good for me
Answer:	I would do a strand test first to make sure because everyone has different natural highlights. My natural hair is a dirty blond color and strawberry blonde ends. It covers up my red tones and the dirty blond part as well and makes it the color it is on the box. I myself did a strand test first. Sorry this isn't very helpful but really everyone's hair is different.
Question:	Will the medium natural blonde lighten dark brown hair
Answer:	No. This product is without bleach. You're better off goin' to sallys- get some blue powdered bleach and say 20 vol developer-- then you'll lift 7 levels of hair lightness. This is probably 20-30 vol developer and will only lighten you about 2 shades. Bleach and then tone your hair with a beige blonde with a 5-20 vol developer (esp if the toner is a darker than your post-bleach hair, go for the 5 volume)
Question:	can you use this on gray hair
Answer:	Yes! It states 100% gray coverage on the box, but different shades work differently on mine. Some last longer on my grays than others. This one lasted for about 3 weeks (for me) before I had to do some root touch ups. The darker shades (mainly the black shades) tend to only last around 2 weeks (for me) before the grays begin to make their grand entrance again.

Answer:	No, this is for septic tanks. The pack gets flushed down toilet, goes into holding tank and the bacteria in the pack go to work on waste in your tank. It's something that takes time and works over a long period of time. Its not a quick fix ir for use in your sink and drains, you need another solution for that.

Question:	What is one shade lighter than light brown, no red or gold tones
Answer:	I always use dark ash blonde or something brown with Ash in the name -not golden. And I have light brown hair as that prevents the red tones in my hair from coming thru.
Question:	I use a light brown color in another brand but they discontinued the brass free type. Does this color go brassy
Answer:	No, however you can buy a brass fix at Sally Beauty Supply or on here on Amazon
Question:	how will this color come out on bleached blonde hair
Answer:	I don't know. I have gray hair, and it covers it good. I'm elderly, so I do have little bit of gray near hairline, that it doesn'cover. Not enough to worry about. But, it is light gray, and it covers it nice. The number for me is 6.0 Might be different for you. The Olia website has a chart and explains what covers what. It's so easy to use.
