Question:	How often is it safe to use this? Like how long do people go inbetween perms usually
Answer:	It depends. If you have short hair, your hair grows a half inch a month so if you cut the perm off you cam probably perm every 3 months. I have below shoulder length hair so I perm about every 9-12 months. Just remember perm over permed hair will be dry and crunchy. Gauge your own hair, but this perm is the best I have found.
Question:	Is this okay if I treated my hair (was dirty blonde, now medium-no bleach used) a few months ago and is healthy now
Answer:	I have used this perm but would recommend Olgilvie for Permed or Color treated hair which I prefer to use cause I have bleached blonde hair from being out in the summer sun. As long as there has been a month since other treatments on your hair were used this Normal Perm should be fine. As I said I have used this exact perm on my hair and Olgilvie is a pro when it comes to home perms and when you follow the instructions exactly the perms turn out great.
Question:	What is the difference between this ogilvie perm and the “precisely right” by ogilvie perm
Answer:	The way I understand it and I have used both, is that the “Precisely Right” perm you cannot overprices the perm timing. But with this perm for normal hair (not dyed or highlighted) you must time it for your hair and desired results with the test curl or previous experience. The “Precisely Right” formula is more fool proof.

Answer:	I've never used a perm on just my ends. But for a loose curl, you will use a large rod. The smaller rods are for tighter curls.

Answer:	Smell is not as strong as most perms. Yes, it is ammonia based.

Answer:	Yes, your right, it should have a creamy texture, I would ask them to send a another one, just to be on the safe side.

Answer:	white girl here too; I've been using no-lye cream relaxers for years. They are all very similar, but this one has been my go-to brand lately. I always use "regular" (not "super"), and I don't leave it in for the maximum amount of time. Depends how straight you're trying to get your hair. These cream relaxers are pretty gentle.
Question:	Can i used this relaxer on color treated hair. i dyed it last year and i really need a good relaxer
