Answer:	The Anya wig is curly. The color swatch/pic may be straight hair but just intended to show you what the color looks like.

Answer:	Yes, but it is a process, if you want to put in the time to do so. I don't know exactly what types of products you will use to color it, but I believe it can be done. Try tiffkneebaby tv on YouTube, and she gives a good demonstration on how to dye a synthetic wig. Hope this is helpful.

Answer:	I would contact customer service to see if they can handle that situation. And Yvonne, your rudeness is unnecessary...she ordered this online not in the store so it’s pretty tough for anybody to wig shop online.

Answer:	I received mine next day, however be aware that it may be delivered by a random person. I thought it was going to be either USPS or UPS but it was some random person. My tracking number started with TBA. These numbers can not be tracked, they give updates but not real time.

Answer:	The " ombre blond 1" is 4# roots. " ombre blond 2" is 6# roots.

• Washing Tips: We do not recommend you wash your wig too often. Only hand wash your wig when it gets dull. Fill a basin with lukewarm water and wig shampoo, immerse for 5 minutes. I RARELY leave reviews BUT I am soooo freakin excited about this wig! It arrived about 20min ago. I love the packaging. I love how the wig looks straight out the box! I love the part. No extra work necessary with this wig, which is perfect for me because I am a minimalist. Love the color. I tried it on and it fits perfectly snug. No worries about this thing flying off my head! Before Washing hair, brush out all tangles starting from the bottom and work up to the weft.

For Curly hair : Do not brush. Finger Comb to remove all tangles.

Fill the sink or a large container with lukewarm water and add synthetic wig shampoo.

Swish the wig in shampoo water and wash gently.

Apply wig conditioner : allow the fiber to absorb the conditioner for couple of minutes then rinse thoroughly.

Gently squeeze excess water out of wig. Do Not Rub or Twist the wig.

Pat dry with a clean towel.

Place the wig on a wig stand and let air dry.

Answer:	It does have combs and adjustable straps. However, it is significantly shorter and less dense (thin at the roots) than it appears. I would not purchase this item. It simply does not match up to the picture.
