Answer: I'm sure you know that there could be a variety of issues from having a lack of vitamin B complexes. As people get older they lose the ability to absorb vitamin B through there digestive system so the best way 2 maintain vitamin D supplementation is through sublingual drops. I don't know that anyone could give you a time frame of when you might feel some results and I can't even tell you that you would feel results because not all symptoms of any type of deficiency can be felt. I will tell you that in my case I noticed that within about a week of starting the drops I quit having problems with my nose. I know this is anecdotal butt I've had that problem for decades and this is the only time I've ever not had the problem with my nose being dry and cracking and bleeding problems. It's been more than 2 months now and I've not had any problems since starting the drops and I did notice the change in about 1 week. My feeling is that if the drops help with that condition it probably is helping with other things that I don't notice.
