Answer:	I don't remember if it came with any software. I'm using it with the fee ilok license manager software from ilok.com that you can download and use without the dongle. It requires me to update occasionally, so I'm guessing you can't use this dongle without that software. I think it usually connects to the Internet when I start the ilok software.

Answer:	The issue here is that your licenses are linked with your previous iLok. In the case that you lose it, you must open a case with Avid to be able to move your licenses to a new iLok. This isn't very easy. I would recommend getting in touch with Avid support and they will recommend the correct iLok and can assist in moving your licenses over.

Answer:	Yes... Precisely the same... It even seems a bit more rugged in its construction in comparison to the V1. It works just as it should for me with both AVID and other software licenses.

Answer:	You would need to use a traditional (non electric) burner with charcoal then. None of our bakhoor are self igniting.

Answer:	Use an electric incence burner. Drop one tablet and leave it on the burner for approximately 15mins on each side.

Answer:	It's tar like. You can break each ball into smaller pieces. If you place on coal it will turn to ash, but will not when using an electric set up.

Answer:	Though some aspects of your question are relative, I think it is fair to say that the "black box oud", is distinctly more masculine than the other SwissArabian offerings. It lacks the essence of perfume that the other have, as it is more representive of the natural agarwood scent.
