Answer:	The original small bottle I bought from Macy*s was black and now noticed that it was also a "filled" plastic molded in on a thing copper metal surface (not a machined block as I had originally though. The one I bought from Amazon is a larger size on whose nozzle is also black. The plastic insert in the larger one was probably damaged in shipping.
