Answer:	It should work. It has 2 or 3 pattern adjustments and the narrow pattern should work well to focus in on the choir from a distance. But you should have 2 or 3 to cover the full choir. The base end is the same diameter as an XLR connector, so you'd need a small mic clip to fit. I don't recall if one comes with it.
