Answer:	If you order 3rd party (not sold nor shipped by amazon) the seller can take down the review not amazon. If you can no longer find a product for review, sometimes if it’s the same issue more than twice amazon pulls it off the website to do inventory/quality control then it goes back on. Answer:	Just soak your feet and go slow. Its not easy to cut yourself but it is easy to shave off to much at first until you get use to it.

Answer:	No. The packaging says made in China. I will say this, the large file is amazing. You have to be careful with it but it can remove dead skin quickly and is very effective. Honestly I haven’t really use the other files.
