Answer:	I see how this can be confusing esp. since I usually order 6 packages with 4 discs in each & pay approx. $21 so that's ~$3.50 for each pkg. So to get 4 pkgs for $6 seems like a too good to be true deal but if only 1 pkg then too expensive. Sorry not to have a better answer.

Answer:	The short answer is about a 1 cup. The long answer is as follows. I don't think there is an exact science to soaking your feet in lavender Epsom salt. At least three variables should be taken into consideration when determining the right starting point, such as the amount of water, the water's temperature, and the duration of time you are going to soak your feet. Your choices on all three will make a considerable difference toward your desired results. I recomend starting with hot water and soak until it cools to body temperature. Initially, the hot water creates sweating and increases blood circulation, which is excellent for detoxifying. Hot bath water also opens your pores and softens your skin. As your bath water cools, it allows the for the absorption of the magnesium and other minerals into your skin, through your pores. Your skin is your largest organ. Your skin will absorb whatever is in your tub's water. That is why you should only soak in USP Grade Epsom salts from a trusted brand and a reputable company. You certainly don't want to absorb any unknown "stuff" into your skin. Another beneficial component of Epsom salt is sulfur. The sulfer acts as a natural anti-bacterial agent. Finally, there is the real lavender essential oil; Authentic lavender essential oil has too many benefits to list. Google search: "benefits of lavender essential oil" and you will see why it is such a powerful, yet all natural, active ingredient in this bath salt.
