Question:	Has the formula changed for this wod welder? It seems you have to press alot harder against skin than before
Answer:	I have brought two of them with the past 6 months. The first one I noticed I had to press a little harder. The second one rolls on pretty easy but it does smell a little different! They both work great though. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Unscrew the top (where the color strips are) and then you can press the product up from the bottom (similar to a chapstick tube.)

Answer:	I don’t know about the metal one but this stuff works great. I have dry skin and tear my hands up at the gym, I use this stufff everyday to keep my hands from cracking.

Question:	do they stay on while you shower
Answer:	I applied one on each foot then showered 24 hours later. The top of the pad where the callus is stayed on but the edges had peeled away. On one foot, the edges had more than peeled away and the disc had also come off, so I decided to take off both pads on both feet and start again.
Question:	Hpw long after removing the patch does it take for the callus to come off? I have used 2 patches so far and just have a white disc

Answer:	I Use about a teaspoon and put only on calus portions. This works really well. I leave on about 5 minutes then use a foot scraper to take off dead skin.

Answer:	Mine is in the packaging; if yours did not have the cable you should contact the seller (assuming you bought/received an unopened package)

Answer:	The back as in the bottom of your toe? Absolutely. But for only a second or two at a time. Do not hold it on there for extended amounts of time. :)
Question:	Can I use this foot pedicure tool everyday
Answer:	Dear customer, for optimal results, we recommend using our JOMARTO foot callus remover kit 2-3 times/ week initially for the forst 2-3 weeks until you achieve your desired results. After that, it's usually sufficient to use it once every 1-2 weeks for maintenance. Within a reasonable range, you could use it every day until the callus layer became thinner and softer. Of course, it depends on your personal needs and preferences.

Answer:	I see how this can be confusing esp. since I usually order 6 packages with 4 discs in each & pay approx. $21 so that's ~$3.50 for each pkg. So to get 4 pkgs for $6 seems like a too good to be true deal but if only 1 pkg then too expensive. Sorry not to have a better answer.

Question:	Do you prefer this over using a pumice stone
Answer:	To me, a pumice stone didn't really do much. The microplane takes a lot of hard dead skin off (use after a shower or bath when skin is soft and moist) but I would probably recommend it for after using the microplane to just smoothe it out more and "polish" anything rough left. If that makes sense. Microplane does the tough job and takes it all off but a bit of smoothing and moisturizing after is recommended.
Question:	is it hard to clean? Dishwasher possibly
Answer:	no a simple rinse and it comes clean. i do not think the dishwasher will hurt its ability to do its job...i just think the brown trim around the silver part might not last after so many runs in the dish washer (too hot for possible glue that is underneath) it is only a couple dollars... if it is affected by a dishwasher than just don't use it next time. hope this helps
Question:	Is it helpful to apply callus remover cream before using
Answer:	I am a licensed cosmetologist if that helps as far as my advice goes. You do not need a callus remover first. Using it on dry skin works great and you can feel how far you're going down better that way. Im sire using one would be fine too but definitely isnt needed
Question:	Why should I buy this over regular pumic stones
Answer:	I have both, and the pumice stones help some, but the foot file was so much more effective in removing old skin and softening my feet.
