Answer:	There is definitely a strong odor of plastic or rubber on this mat. I've treated mine with soap, vinegar, and even shampoo but to no avail. After awhile the odor isn't strong anymore. This item does a great job on my feet as well.

Answer:	It has certainly helped my leg cramps, but I do not know about knee/leg pain.

Answer:	Yes! This product is designed to be used effectively when sitting down. You can use it both feet at once. If you wish to use it standing up, then you would have to use it one foot at a time.

Answer:	Because of the varying symptoms and manifestations of neuropathy, that is hard to answer. My initial thought is that it would cause some pain because of the protrusions on the TheraFlow rollers. If there is any sensitivity at all on the bottoms of the feet I would not recommend it.

Question:	How intense is the highest massage settings? My feet and calves require fairly intense pressure point massage to alleviate pain and numbness conditio
Answer:	The air pressure is only applied from the top of the side of your feet. At max air intensity, with the acupressure rollers off, it just rubs my feet with not much pressure (for scale, I wear men's 10.5 shoes, and am tall and skinny). My calves are relatively skinny, so the fit is not great, it will not cover the whole of your calves very well. With the acupressure rollers on, and at max intensity for both settings, it can be rather painful, close enough at times to feel the need to shutdown immediately (though not as painful as some other other popular devices which felt like some damage might be done at max).

Answer:	I don’t think so. I’m 6’3” 220 lbs with 15.5” calf’s maybe up to 17” ?. Ask the manufacturer.. I tried to put my thighs into the unit to help answer your question. My thighs are less than 22”. No way.
