The next day, I put on a coat of the white ridge filler, and a coat of the strengthener. I usually change it 2 to 3 times a week. If I am attending an outing or event, I will put a coat of regular colored polish on over nail kit, but make sure you remove the polish after a day or 2, then start all over again with the process. It's going to take some time for you to see some results however, in due time your nails will look healthy again.

Question:	I was told that this is the same active ingredient as oven cleaner and isn't really the best to use on skin. Is this true
Answer:	It's funny that you mentioned something other than what it's for!!!...why? Because I bought it for my legs. I live in Arizona... the HOT part of AZ, and the skin on my lower legs, from the knees down, gets scaly and rough. So I bought this product to schmear on said rough parts. I used disposable gloves at first, then realized because I'm not leaving it on long enough to really do any harm that I ditched the gloves. I apply with one hand and then let it sit for about 30 seconds to a minute at the most, for each leg, then scrub with loofah. Voila!!! After a good rinsing....... nice, smoother feel! I have tried it on my arms and hands as well and it does the job very quickly, just to get the skin smoother using a loofah sponge and rinsing thoroughly. If you're using it on beefy, thick, calloused man hands you'll have to do like the pedicure ladies do. Read the instructions (and pretend your hands are you're feet)!

Answer:	Just like I do with expensive shampoo, lotion, etc use scissors to cut the end straight across the tube. Then cut in a straight line all the way to up near the cap. When the tube is opened up I apply what is left on the sides of the tube directly on my skin. You can always cut it open even more. Be careful when handling, the edges of the plastic can be sharp. Use common sense. Then there is usually quite a bit left up in the cap area, at least for one or two more applications. I was taught “waste not, want not.” Since shampoo can dry out once cut open, and I can usually get 3 more washes out of it, I keep a zip loc bag on hand for storage.

Answer:	You soak your feet for 10-15 minutes, in warm water. Then lightly dry your feet and apply the gel to the affected areas. I used a cotton ball to apply. I let it set for recommended time and then I used a pumice stone to remove the dead calloused skin. I tried using a washrag first but found the stone to be much more affective. It worked amazingly for me. I was skeptical at first but I will purchase another bottle once this one is used up. Best stuff ever. Don’t overdue it with the stone though as you will probably takeoff more skin than necessary. This is just my personal experience. Good luck, I think you will be quite surprised and happy.

While we can't share the exact percentage (that's a trade secret) we can tell you that we've included enough of this amazingly effective ingredient to penetrate deeper into the skin, loosening and breaking up old, thick, dry skin. Question:	Can you use this for a thin callus on top of your foot
Answer:	Thanks for asking Lacey. Once in a while, we hear about crystals in the gel - but they are not shards of plastic. Urea in high concentrations may form crystals if exposed to extreme heat or cold, which sometimes happens during shipping. You can just stir the gel up, which should break down any crystals, and it should be fine to use. Otherwise, just contact us directly and we'll make this right for you.
