Answer:	That is amusing. I get it all over my cuticles. I have been wearing this every day of my life since 1965 and find it absolutely the most incredible product on the market. It keeps my nails strong and healthy. I use it as a base coat and then 2 layers of polish then as a top coat. I promise you if you have less than perfect nails if you keep this on your nails at ALL times within 3 mos. you will have lovely, strong, healthy nails. I buy at least 6 bottles at a time. I have told so many people over the years my "secret" I should be paid by them. I truly swear by this product and you will too. I have very long nail beds and get this on them all the time, trust me, it will have hurt you. I have used it on my daughter, then my granddaughters, for years and nobody has ever had a problem.

I have used the 50% Glycolic Acid - Medical Strength 1oz for almost three months, I do it one time a week and use the neutralizer, I mix one tsp of baking soda and one tsp of water it helps to stop the burning sensation! Answer:	You can go for 50 -70 and begin with 2 min at first time, but I wouldn't recommend this particular brand, won't feel any difference, even 40 didn't work for me. I started with Skin obsession and I ended up with them.

The shell was warm but the lights didn't get hot, Make sure you really clean the sides of your nails and don't get any on your cuticle.if you get any gel, top or base coat on your skin that will cause some discomfort. the light may a little bright,You may use the smaller backside of the lamp for your hands since it should your face from the light and use the more open side for your feet.
