Answer:	No. unfortunately it does not. But you can buy them anywhere.Art supply store, hardware store, Walmart,etc. I bought a dozen and grandson and I used them up quickly. We did his bedroom windows first, then to the kitchen, and finished up with living room. Lovely touch, but after a couple of years on the window, the sun diminished the color a bit.
