Question:	Just got this and the large barrel doesn’t fit all the others do, is there a replacement
Answer:	Mine is thin like water. I leave it on its side, not upright like it shows. It still runs out into the lid and I have to be careful opening the lid as it spills out. It should be in a pump jar so it's less messy. If I turn it upright it will pour out the opening all by itself. I have no idea why they call it a cream.

Answer:	It comes in a tube rather than an open mouth jar as one would out a stiff cream into. But to the extent it is a "lotion" that comes in a tube, it is quite thick. The consistency is about half way frmo a traditional lotion to a stiff cream. And to provide some idea, it is think enough that I do not think it would be possible for it to be dispensed through a pump bottle - the pump would break under the thickness.

Answer:	I don't think a product made for adults, mainly older adults, should be use for such young child. Your 3 y.o. should be using baby lotions not a cream for callus. I say it as a nurse and as a concerned mother. If you child's feet have a thick and coarse skin you should check with a doctor before hand because it is unusual for such young age to have such condition. It might be a sign of a skin disorder like Eczema, and it should be checked to be properly treated.
