Question:	Would it be good for hands as welll as feet
Answer:	Yes it is good for hands.. I bought this to use for my hands, but before I set it up I put my foot in to see if it would fit. My foot did fit, but I wear about a size 61/2. This is great for my hands. It does heat in about 2 hours. I find mine heats in just under 2 hours.
Question:	Can you fit both hands in it at one time
Answer:	No, there is no reason to put both hands in at once. You dip each hand 5-7 times, depending on how thick the wax you're using , and you put it in the plastic then the mitt.
Question:	I need the level of the wax to go about 1-2 inches above the position of a watch . The warmth is for my wrist -- will this unit be deep enough
Answer:	I needed the same thing because as a Lmt, my wrists take a lot of abuse. I don't have big arms or hands. But the unit was still not deep enough. We both need something where we can put our hands in from the top of the unit rather than the side of the unit. The bigger units which contain about 6 pounds of wax should do the trick. While it is true that you could cover your wrist if 1) there is an ample supply of wax, 2) you use a metal cup to scoop the wax onto your wrist 3) submerge the hand/wrist at a weird angle to make it work, and 4) keep dipping and turning your hand over a few times -- all of this extra effort isn't worth it. Soaking our hands/wrists should be hassle free, but with this unit it is not. Update: I returned the unit and within two days, my cc account has been refunded. Amazon has always been great to me when it comes to returns, which I don't do often. I am very grateful for Amazon's awesome return policy. Thank you Amazon.
Question:	I have women's US size 10 foot. would these fit? also, can you use natural beeswax in unit? I have plenty due to beekeeping! thanks
Answer:	Unfortunately a size 10 won't fit in this unit, you would have to do heels and then toes. Beeswax should work without a problem, I use the wax for canning and just add the liquid oil like jasmine or honeysuckle for a nice fragrance.Canning wax does the trick for a fourth of the price!

Answer:	The window adaptor is plastic and can be cut to fit just about any size window that is larger than the intake flange, as long as it opens. Gaps are filled using flexible foam. The window we used is a large slider 24x30 but a window larger than 8 should work.

Undertake a Paraffin Wax Treatment

• #1: Place the machine on a flat surface and lift up the lid
• #2: Put the paraffin wax into the machine and put the lid back on
• #3: Connect the machine into the power
• #4: Set the temperature to either 140F or 167F depending on the wax melting speed, and let the wax melt completely
• #5: After the wax has melted, turn off the machine and put the heat insulating grid into the machine.
• #6: Check for suitable temperature before using the wax with the thermometer

• #7: Clean your skin completely before the treatment
• #8: Use the brush/silicone spatula to spread an even layer of wax onto your hands/the area you’re going to wax and wait for the wax to dry
• #9: After the wax has dried, slowly dip your hands into the melted wax, with your fingers outstretched
• #10: Leave your hands in for 20-30 seconds

• #11: Relate steps 9 and 10 at least 4-5 times until it forms a thick layer on your skin
• #12: To help achieve a better effect, wrap your hands with the glove liner and put on a pair of heat-preservation cotton gloves

Paraffin wax has a very high heat capacity, meaning it is able to absorb and retain a great amount of heat. Answer:	If you are the only person using the ParaSpa Plus, the wax can be re-used. Simply put the wax back into the tub to re-melt. If multiple people are using the unit you should not reuse the wax, you will want to discard the wax when you peel it from your had and add new wax to the ParaSpa. You should never use the ParaSpa with less than 2.5 lbs of wax.

How to Undertake a Paraffin Wax Treatment

1. Put the machine on a flat surface.

2. Lift up the lid, put the paraffin wax into the machine, then replace the lid.

3. Connect to the power. Set the temperature to 158 °F. The machine will start working after the light turns red.

4. Switch the temperature to 131 °F to preserve the heat after the paraffin wax has melted. Check the temperature before using the wax, making sure to use it at a suitable temperature.

5. Clean your skin before the treatment.

6. Use the brush to evenly daub the paraffin wax on your skin, or slowly dip your hands into the melted wax with your fingers outstretched. Leave your hands in the wax for a few seconds until the wax hardens. Repeat this process 4-5 times to form a thick layer of wax on your skin. Next, wrap your hands with the provided glove liners and put on a pair of heat-preservation cotton gloves. This will help achieve a better effect. After 10-15 minutes, take off the gloves, get rid of the liner and remove the hardened wax from your hands.

Answer:	Not sure about shoe/foot size, but here are the interior dimensions of the spa: Length 12+3/4" Width 7". I added pics to our review.

Answer:	It should - I'm a size 12 and it fits OK.

Answer:	Yes it large enough for both. I have a size 8 foot and there was plenty of room. About the size of an oval crock pot but not nearly as heavy even with wax.
Question:	Where does the rack go, under the wax I am guessing? Also can you roll the wax off your clean hands back into the spa or is this not recommended
Answer:	Put in 2 to 3 lbs of wax. When liquid is 62.then float the rack to the bottom and leave it there. Also always wash you hands with soap and dry them . Have ready your plastic bag and a clean old dry wash clboth. Dip each hand 6 times slowly in the was to that the layers on. Then immediately out your hand into a plastic bag and wrap it around the hand. After the was has completely cooled..about 1/2 hour..roll the bag with the was off your hand and throw away. Never put used was back in the machine. Never contaminate the wax. You will not save money by infecting your hand if you keep reusing wax..especially if the hand or foot is not washed with soap and dried first...Hope this helps. I have been doing this beneficial treatment for 4 years.

PLEASE NOTE:

This machine uses design of a constant temperature. It will automatically power-off after reaching a certain temperature to prevent scalding caused by excessive temperature. Use residual temperature to melt the wax, which is more environmentally friendly, energy-saving and safer. It will automatically turn-on after it drops to a certain temperature.

HOW TO USE

#1: Place the machine on a flat surface andlift up the lid;

#2: Put the paraffin wax into the machineand put the lid back on;

#3: Connect the machine into the power;

#4: Set the temperature to either 140F or167F depending on the wax melting speed, and let the wax melt completely;

#5: After the wax has melted, turn off themachine and put the heat insulating grid into the machine;

#6: Check for suitable temperature beforeusing the wax with the thermometer;

#7: Clean your skin completely before thetreatment;

#8: Spread an even layer of wax onto yourhands/the area you’re going to wax and wait for the wax to dry;

#9: After the wax has dried, slowly dipyour hands into the melted wax, with your fingers outstretched;

#10: Leave your hands in for 20-30 seconds;

#11: Relate steps 9 and 10 at least 4-5times until it forms a thick layer on your skin;

#12: To help achieve a better effect, wrapyour hands with the glove liner and put on a pair of heat-preservation cottongloves;

#13: After 10-20 minutes, take off the glovesand get rid of the liner;

#14: Remove the hardened wax from yourhands.
