Question:	Does this unit have digital control heat settings
Answer:	There is no way to get a liner to stay in place. You have to wrap the cloth around first, pin in place and put the covers over.
Question:	How easy is this unit to clean? Are the heating wires exposed or is the wax tub a solid bowl with no exposed wiring
Answer:	I think it might depend on the baby's size (ours was 19inch long, 6lbs at birth) but we couldn't use these until after the umbilical cord could heal. There is really a lot of room to grow into these so there is a lot of fabric. For us that means they sit above the belly button area even now at 22 inches long and 9 lbs. I used thirsties more because I find positioning them where I want is easier (the ones with velcro, thirsties with snaps are a bit more challenging for us if I care about where they sit on his belly) but I didn't use thirsties either until the umbilical cord healed and I could get the extra small size I needed.
Question:	After the first melting of the wax, how long does it take to melt the wax on subsequent uses, or do you just leave it plugged in after that

Answer:	It would be really bulky when wet because of the multiple layers, I would recommend a cover and single prefold for swim diapering or just get a one size reusable swim diaper by a different company.

Answer:	The window adaptor is plastic and can be cut to fit just about any size window that is larger than the intake flange, as long as it opens. Gaps are filled using flexible foam. The window we used is a large slider 24x30 but a window larger than 8 should work.

Undertake a Paraffin Wax Treatment

• #1: Place the machine on a flat surface and lift up the lid
• #2: Put the paraffin wax into the machine and put the lid back on
• #3: Connect the machine into the power
• #4: Set the temperature to either 140F or 167F depending on the wax melting speed, and let the wax melt completely
• #5: After the wax has melted, turn off the machine and put the heat insulating grid into the machine.
• #6: Check for suitable temperature before using the wax with the thermometer

• #7: Clean your skin completely before the treatment
• #8: Use the brush/silicone spatula to spread an even layer of wax onto your hands/the area you’re going to wax and wait for the wax to dry
• #9: After the wax has dried, slowly dip your hands into the melted wax, with your fingers outstretched
• #10: Leave your hands in for 20-30 seconds

• #11: Relate steps 9 and 10 at least 4-5 times until it forms a thick layer on your skin

Answer:	The cleaning frequency for the Honeycomb Media depends on local air and water conditions. In areas where the mineral content of water is high, mineral deposits may build up on the Honeycomb Cooling Media and restrict air flow. Draining the water reservoir and refilling with fresh water at least once a week will help reduce mineral deposits. If mineral deposits remain on the Honeycomb Media, the Media should be removed and washed under fresh water. The Media should be cleaned every two months or sooner, depending on your needs. Do not run the unit in COOL mode with stale water in the tank. Empty the tank and refill it with fresh water if the water has been standing in the tank for an extended period of time. Answer:	It's not going to cool much if any when the humidity gets over 30%. I'm in Arizona and sure would not recommend an evaporative cooler for you. There's a reason they don't carry them in stores back in your area.

Answer:	If you are the only person using the ParaSpa Plus, the wax can be re-used. Simply put the wax back into the tub to re-melt. If multiple people are using the unit you should not reuse the wax, you will want to discard the wax when you peel it from your had and add new wax to the ParaSpa. You should never use the ParaSpa with less than 2.5 lbs of wax.

Answer:	Hi Jesus, Thanks for asking. You don't have to have an NVR, you can inset a sd card to store the video, and then control the camera on browser or on the ivms-4200 software we offer. Question:	Is this really worth the extra money when there are other units for much less
Answer:	Yes the camera is an IP camera so will work with cat5e. You will have to have power at the camera though. Poe does not power it. Camera is pretty impressive, but if you put it outdoors, you will need to add a silica pack to keep moisture out. We found that condensation will build up inside the dome overnight when the heater kicks on. The silica packs have eliminated that problem for us. We have installed about 5 of these so far I'm a hik vision NVR with no problem. The only issue is the tracking and wiper have to be controlled from the camera interface instead of through the NVR.

Answer:	the "Rain" setting has a very definite loop. The showering sound is nice, but then there are about 4 plopping sounds and you hear that repeat about every 6-7 seconds. The "white noise" setting has a fairly nice quality, but I would have had to turn it up so loud in order to drown out my husband's snoring that the "white noise" itself would have been too loud for my comfort. It's an ok machine, but if you are sensitive to the looping, this machine will bother you.

Answer:	Yes, and I find it very bright. So much so that I have to cover it with something because it illuminates the area next to my bed and around the device. (It's the only thing I don't like about it and I wonder why they put the light on the machine - if the machine is making noise, it's obviously on!) I put a piece of black electrical tape over it.

Answer:	I've never tried running it all night, but I'm pretty sure you can. To select a time limit (15, 30, or 60 minutes), you push a button and the light beside the time lights up, indicating which time has been selected. When I turn my on, none of the timer options are lit up, so I assume that means it will run indefinitely. Hope that helps!

A. How to use the wax warmer:

1. Place the warmer on a stable and heatproof table.

2. Unpack the facial wax and smash them into small pieces to fill into the warmer to keep it 80% full ( Please note, do not use the wax other wax )
