Answer:	Neither did mine, but it has not resulted in any skin irritation or rash.

Answer:	It doesn’t have a very strong smell so hard to tell; other products that have calendula (like California baby) have a nice light natural smell; but this product does not have that. It’s almost fragrance free!

Answer:	Hi! Mine never does. It’s not common practice in Germany to seal products.

Question:	Does the cream have an offensive odor
Answer:	I'm not a sensitive fragrance person and can tolerate a lot, but this has such a strong odor I could not make it to a second application. The fragrance is so overwhelming it smelled like Lestoil house cleaner. I heard great things about Weleda and had high hopes for this skin cream and was disappointed. There are lots of organic products on the market with great fragrances (such as the divine 16J Organics product line), but this Skin Food is not one of them.
Question:	How does this compare to embryolisse lait cream
Answer:	the skin food is much thicker and more emollient. the lait cream dries semi-matte for my skin, but skin food will leave an oil-based sheen. I use skin food at night and lait cream for day and it works out well.
Question:	Is the lanolin used animal based
Answer:	Lanolin is always "animal based" because it is the oil from sheep's wool.
Question:	Can you use this as a daily moisturizer for your face
Answer:	I purchased this because I saw a video on a dermatologists skincare routine and she uses this on her face daily! She looks incredible so there’s your proof!

Question:	How does this wear under foundation
Answer:	Yes you can use Trufora Triple Action Exfoliator in the morning. We recommend it at night as it can leave the skin flushed pink after use -- which is normal and is temporary -- due to the blood flow stimulation from the exfoliation. We do have customers who add a just little of the Triple Action Exfoliator to the Trufora Ultimate Facial Cleanser and use in the morning for a light, daily exfoliation. We only recommend doing this if you are sure your skin can really tolerate it as you don't want to over-exfoliate and become irritated. Answer:	Thank you for message and being an amazing loyal customer. We have indeed recently launched our newly formulated ORMEDIC Skincare line. Over the past couple of years we have received specific feedback to create a collection of natural products for clients. Based on its current use, it was very clear that the ORMEDIC collection made the most sense. Though keeping its roots in natural ingredients and clinical effectiveness, the new ORMEDIC collection has been completely reformulated - providing new innovative ingredients, certified organic ingredients, Ecocert/Cosmos certified ingredients – resulting in a line of clean, clinical skincare. We have added organic grape water and an organic 7extract blend that is the base of each product formulation. Every product in the collection has been developed to be pH balanced. There are two scent profiles in the ORMEDIC line: one is a light orange/vanilla aroma that can be detected in the bio-peptide crème and both lip products. The other is a fruit blend that can be detected in the polisher, cleanser, serum and masque. The eye lift gel is scentless. Although we know this change is different than the usual and sometimes seen as a bad change, please rest assured that any change we make is always for a more positive outcome. Answer:	It is not the same! I don't like this new formula! I have been using the original face wash for about 2 years and loved it! This new formula smells strong like watermelon bubble gum. That doesn't bother me but my face doesn't feel like it's been washed at all after using it! I actually feels like it leaves a film on your face! I will not buy this again! So bummed, the old formula was great!
