Answer:	Hello, I keep it by the sink and I re-apply after every wash (if I remember). It does stay on for a few washes. SUGGESTION: For your situation (cracking and bleed) O'Keefe's Working Hands cream, is the absolute best. I had the same problem, unfortunately, Gloves In a Bottle Shielding Lotion, didn't help.
