Answer:	My skin was very pink but not inflamed right after the treatment. Peeling on my feet was patchy usually not bigger than quarter size spots coming off at a time, but all over my feet. The instructions clearly state not to pull at skin still attached because you can hurt your skin, like pulling at a hangnail. Answer:	I help it along some, but careful not to force the process. Otherwise, the skin could form lesions. I clip or cut off the thicker skin, but not against the skin. Between my toes I was able to peel. You will know to stop if it hurts.
