Answer:	It's not a one-piece mattress. It's two 2" thick foam pieces (19"x19") which is the only way the "bed" can be folded up as shown. The foam pieces are removable. They're attached to the "frame" by velcro and each has a velour type zippered cover.

Answer:	Hi, Great question. The mattress is about 20 pounds and come in a box which is 18x14x8. It is possible to get the unit back into the box after use, however most people do not fold it that tightly and keep it in the storage bag which also comes with the unit. Truth be honest though, the Dream Series is designed for indoor use and is not really meant to be used for camping or in the outdoors. The unit has an internal motor that can only be powered with a wall outlet. No external motors or battery operated motors can be used to inflate the mattress. Also, the mattress thickness is designed for a clean, flat indoor surface and is not meant to withstand punctures from rocks and sticks like you would often find on the bottom of or underneath a tent. We are in the process of developing a unit specifically intended for camping but it still being tested and will not be available for purchase for a few more months. We are a family business that prides ourselves on our integrity and when our product is not right for a customer we always try to be upfront, rather than push the sale and potentially have them call us with a problem later on. After about 2 years and probably close to 50 nights slept on it I found it start to leak slowly but i expected this knowing what air mattresses are. I would not recommend it for long term use unless it's 1 or 2 months.

While the real purpose of any air mattress is to be used on a temporary basis, closer to a couple of times a week or month, this mattress will hold up for the continued 2 month use. Any period of time longer than that and you are likely moving beyond the traditional scope of use for the mattress. We do recommend a few tips for using your air mattress including: 1) fulling inflating and deflating the mattress a couple of times after you receive it to allow the composite material to fully stretch out, 2) topping up the mattress every couple of days with 10 - 15 seconds of air. Answer:	I started using air mattresses some 10+ years ago. I do have a bad back and the air mattress supports me so that I never wake up in pain. I like that I can adjust them for firmness, that they're lightweight when you have to move them, and cheap compared to "traditional" mattresses. With a good base, you can have about any height you desire, and don't have to lug around a box springs with 'em. I used to get bummed when they'd go flat, but I finally accepted that all air mattresses will fail eventually. They can lose air gradually, or in some cases a seam will fail and you'll wake up with a big bulge somewhere. You can extend their life somewhat if they spring a leak by using a vinyl patch. Most mattresses come with like, one, but they aren't very good quality. You can buy a package from Amazon and they'll be a little better. I finally decided that for $15 or $20, I can afford to replace my mattress every 4 to 6 months and it won't break the bank, and is a heck of a lot cheaper than a thousand dollar box springs and mattress set. I keep a spare mattress in the garage for when the current one fails. I've been using the current one for over 6 months now, and just realized I haven't replaced the "spare" so I came back to this page to get one. So far, it's holding up just fine; I've only added air twice!

Answer:	I bought the Queen size and it was in a box that I was able to carry. It was all folded up inside.

Question:	Does it need to stay plugged in when in use to stay inflated? Or can you inflate and unplug to move to a spot not near an outlet
Answer:	Plug it in to inflate it to whatever firmness you desire. Then you can pull the plug and move the mattress to wherever you want. I found that the air mattress did a very good job of holding its inflated pressure for a week.
Question:	If I keep it covered with a quilt will it hold up to my cat walking on it
Answer:	I would never promise an inflatable mattress would hold up to any cat that had their claws. The instructions do say pets should not be allowed on the mattress.
Question:	How much weight can the blow up hold
Answer:	Thank you for contacting us, the single sized air bed can hold up to 120kg.
Question:	How loud is the pump
Answer:	It didn't seem to be that loud, it only took a short time to inflate so wasn't that annoying. Just to add, ours stayed inflated for over a week without losing air.
