Answer:	There is an infant insert, that can be bought separately, or sometimes people recommend to use a rolled up towel, but afaik officially it's not required. If you use it as is, makr sure you use it in the narrow position and baby is facing towards your chest and his/her face is not covered, he/she can breathe freely.

Answer:	It is not a deep green, definitely more pale. It reminds me of the artichoke (food) or maybe green olives. I would also call it an army green and the material feels a bit rough, like army canvas. However, this is still comfortable and soft and definitely my go to carrier!! You can’t beat the pockets!
Question:	There’s another version, the regular airflow, not serenity airflow, that lillebaby is selling on amazon. what is the difference? is this an upgrade
Answer:	So biggest difference between the regular airflow and the serenity airflow is the seat. The serenity has a third seat option: middle vs just narrow and wide. I do think the back panel is slightly longer on the serenity as well. There are some other smaller differences, but the seat is the biggest one. I prefer my serenity over my standard airflow.

Question:	im plus size and would like to know the max measurement for the waistband
Answer:	We have found that most people who are a size 22/24 are able to use the carrier without the waistbelt extension strap. The extension strap adds another 9 inches in addition to the 52-54 inches that the belt has available.
Question:	A few questions- is it comfortable to wear for long period of time? Does it get very hot, like I've read the ergo does? Is it easy to put on alone
Answer:	I tried out an Ergo before buying this one. They are very similar with only a few small differences. Both are comfortable in my opinion but I bought the Lillibaby because it had a few extras I wanted that the Ergo didn't have. I live in a small town where the mommas walk everywhere and probably about 1/2 or more wear Ergos. Since the Lillibaby is so similar I could see wearing it for long periods at a time. I've only worn mine a few time since getting it. The longest I've worn it so far is for about 30 minutes. It felt fine the entire time. I haven't tried it with the straps criss crossed yet though. Every carrier I've worn it gets hot but it's not really the carrier, it the little heater you're carrying in it since your little bundle of joy is right up against you. I find it's a little awkward to put on without help but with practice it'll probably become a lot more easier.
Question:	Is there an insert for babies smaller than 7 lbs. My little one is 5lbs and was looking for something to use right away
Answer:	Hi Craig! Thanks so much for your great question. We suggest waiting until your sweet baby reaches the minimum weight of 7lbs, just to ensure safety and comfort. One of the best things about this carrier is that you do not need to purchase a separate infant insert to use this for a newborn (once your little one is 7lbs), and unfortunately, we do not carry an insert for little ones who are under that minimum weight. Question:	How does this compare to the Ergo? My son falls under the weight and heigh limits on the Ergo but he just seems to big for my comfort in that carrier
Answer:	The panel is much bigger than the ergo so you can comfortably carry longer in my opinion. There's also a flap that can be clipped up to extend the height of the carrier by 4-5 inches. I can convert the carrier to wear my 4 month old or I can put it back to wide for my 3 year old. There's also a hood and a removable lumbar support. It's an awesome carrier! I had an ergo for 3 years and sold it to get a second Lille for my husband.

Question:	Have they been weight tested
Answer:	If you stay indoors and have air-conditioning, it works perfectly fine. My baby was born this June and I started using this a couple weeks ago and she has not been sweating at all. She sleeps very well in it for hours while I work on the computer and get household chores done. However, I haven't worn this outdoors so I can't attest to how hot it will be for babies outside of their homes.
Question:	How comfortable is this for carrying a toddler? My daughter is 25 lbs, 18 months old
Answer:	It's a purple, like a dark lavender.
Question:	Is this better than the moby sling ring
Answer:	A little over 15 feet long. Size 6 with exact Dimensions of 185 by 28"
Question:	Can I wear 2 ring slings to carry a baby on each hip
Answer:	At this time we only make a size 6 but we plan to make more sizes in the future.

(We love our Amazon, too!) :) The hood can be removed, but for greater ease during normal use, can be just rolled down and placed into the pocket made specifically to keep your carrier looking nice and neat when the hood isn't in use. Question:	Any reviews from plus size moms? How it fits, do the buckles hurt
Answer:	Hi there! The main differences between the Embossed and the LUXE Embossed are the LILLEbaby badge on the front and the color of the microfiber lining. The Embossed carriers have a fabric LILLEbaby badge and cream lining. The LUXE Embossed carriers have a gold or silver-look metal badge and a lining in a coordinating color.
