Answer:	Wish I could tell you. I thought the cheaper infantino was more comfortable on the back it has an x pattern for support this has the strap that goes horizontally. I'm having problems with that right now hurting my lower back. My daughter is 20lbs right now so I just carry her in my arms at this point. I'm 6ft male. 180lb. So all I'm saying is that the back support really does make a difference if you are a woman. My wife has been using it still, but her lower back hurts because she can't carry her in her arms all day. Try the cheap one first at your local babies r us. If you don't like it return it.

Answer:	I'm currently a Target size XXL in tops, size 20-22 in bottoms and I found this carrier extremely comfortable. It is adjustable in all the places I need it, and I have no problem getting enough strap extension. It's my favorite (of 6*, sadly, and most way more expensive, argh). My husband prefers the Infantino Newborn Unison because it has straps that cross in the back, and its stretchy fabric feels super comfortable and... maternal/paternal somehow - and holds the baby closer to the body than any of the others (our kid pushes back a lot). The biggest worry is that eventually the Convertible's thin strap padding (come on, at this price point, something has to be less than perfect!) will wear out - but I found a backpack strap wrap for extra padding, so this is still top for me. *Baby Ktan, Onya Outback, a water moby-like wrap, Infantino Mei Tai, the 2 listed above, and I tried a friend's Ergobaby

Answer:	I would say they are! We have the same ... however I did notice that after a couple months the “non skid” part on the bottom of the slippers wear and became “skid” But a simple wash with the clothes fixed it!

Question:	How is the quality of it
Answer:	lol this wasn’t that helpful... I put down 139 pre pregnancy weight- size XS... out 140- size S. Lol I am always right on the edge of everything
Question:	Does this fabric stretxh out throughout the day? Most carriers i have used do, and i nedd something that stays tight and supportive throughout the day
Answer:	The box says you can but I was not able to due to the fact that my baby was so close to me I had to take her out to get her in the right position. The instructions also warn to make sure that baby is safe while nursing in the carrier. Be wary of trying to nurse while baby is in the carrier, just for safe measure.
Question:	I recieced one that doesn't cinch. It is really uncomfortable for my newborn. Did they change the design
Answer:	I'm also between a size 4 and 6. I ordered a x-small and I've regretted it. It's so tight my ribs hurt after a few minutes of wearing it.
Question:	Can you nurse the baby in this carrier
Answer:	I have been using it with my baby since she was 4 weeks old and 8.5lbs. I would have used it sooner if I had had it. If I have another child I will use it from the beginning!

Question:	Would this be comfortable to wear on an international flight? We'll be alternating between a carrier/car seat but are unsure of the straps an buckles
Answer:	No. In fact, you’ll probably need help fastening the straps even carrying them on the front. I had to put her in, lean up against something to keep her up while I reached around and snapped the back closure. I stopped using this once she reached about 6 months because she was too squirmy and I feared she would leap out while I tried closing it!
