Answer:	lol this wasn’t that helpful... I put down 139 pre pregnancy weight- size XS... out 140- size S. Lol I am always right on the edge of everything

Answer:	The box says you can but I was not able to due to the fact that my baby was so close to me I had to take her out to get her in the right position. Make an X in the Back

Bring the panels over each shoulder creating an X on your back.

The flatter you make the fabric, the better the weight distribution.

Tuck the ends of your wrap under the center panel and cross them.

Give the ends a tug to tighten before creating the X if the wrap is loose.
