I was told to wait one more week and if the stroller cover didn’t arrive, a replacement would be sent out. I finally requested a refund after waiting 2 months on an item that never came in the mail. Despite requesting a refund, the seller said that they had shipped off the replacement anyway. Amazon got involved to make sure that my request for a refund was granted. It’s been several weeks and as you can imagine, the replacement cover hasn’t arrived either.
