Here is what we did. - Put both baby monitors in same room - One set of parent units will "hear" one of the baby monitors - Other set of parent units will "hear" the other baby monitor - Put the 4 parent units in the rooms we wanted them in. All 4 parent units will hear the same thing - Only drawback is that only 2 parent units can talk to each other; the other 2 parent units can talk to each other Works for what we need. Gives us 4 parent units, and we put 2 for daytime use and 2 for night time. The daytime parent units are in different rooms, which we will be in during the day. The 2 for night time are near the bed or TV room. It has been working for us. |

We have a more expensive video monitor and ended up buying this one to replace it because the sound quality on the video monitor was terrible and when it transmitted the noise machine from the nursery it was impossible to sleep through. This monitor only transmits sound above a custom level that you set, so you don’t listen to every little peep from your little one, just the distress calls. |

It appears fine on my Android phone, but I pretty much do everything on my computer. I'm at work at home Cybersecurity engineer, so I like to see everything on my computer. I have 2 spotlight cams (over garage and one over the backyard) 2 of these indoor cams in my house (1st floor) and the Ring doorbell. I can see everything but the indoor cams that cover my 1st floor of the house. I have read via threads and forums though that the software is going to update this year sometime and they will eventually appear in the Windows 10 app on your computer systems, so that is a plus. The Ring devices check for updates themselves over your wifi network, so I'm assuming they will update themselves at one point and they will appear on my Windows 10 app one day soon. I'm hoping...it's one of the main reasons I got these. I want to be able to monitor and check on my three dogs on the first floor of the house, while I'm working in my office on the second floor. |

| Answer: | The 20' long cable is round, about the thickness of a standard ball point pen (about 7/16 inch or 1 cm), and the plug at the end is just as one would get on a power tool or heavy duty extension cord. If you were to open your window, pass the plug and cord through, then try to close the window down on the cord, there would be a definite GAP where air/rain would come through. I would NOT recommend this. If possible, you may consider running the cord up your exterior wall to your roof soffit, and power it through your attic. You can use an extension cord on it as well, just make sure it's not accessible to anyone who would want to disable your cameras. I have learned that the RING app does NOT inform you if power has been lost the camera, so the burglar could just unplug it, rob you, and you'd not know until you checked the camera feed or came home.... If you're plugging it into an exterior outlet within reach of bag guys, consider replacing the outlet cover with a locking one so they can't unplug it. |

The blue one with the remote flaps it’s wings, blows steam out of its mouth and walks per the remote commands. The red one just walks and roars. The wings are moveable, but not on their own. It seems there are multiple variants of this toy |

| Answer: | If unplugged the screen will turn off but audio remains. The screen does not pop on automatically when a sound is made. But you can leave the screen on and it will stay on when plugged in. |
