Answer:	Hello, Thank you. That's a great question. The parent unit gives the option to view more that one cameras in a Loop or two cameras simultaneously with the Split Screen feature. When in split-screen, the audio of the camera on the left screen has higher priority to be played on the Parent Unit. If both cameras have sound at the same time, you will hear the audio from the left screen camera, whereas the right camera will show only the Sound detection icon as ON. Similarly, if the left camera has no sound and the right one does then the audio of the right camera will play as normal. When using the Loop feature, the cameras can be viewed in cycle/loop and you will hear the audio of the camera that is currently streaming on the screen. If there is a sound in the room the audio will play at full volume. However, you will need to turn the LCD screen back on manually to view the live video. Answer:	Hello, Unfortunately, the Kodak F680 - F685 Security cameras aren't compatible with Baby monitors and thus can't be connected to them. They are however compatible with the "KODAK Smart Home" mobile app. You can add up to 10 cameras from both the Baby and Home Security range to the KODAK Smart Home App on your mobile device. Answer:	Hello, Yes! However, for security reasons, we have limited the remote streaming time (when on-network data or another connection) to 5 minutes. To enjoy continuous streaming via the app, we suggest streaming the camera locally, i.e. connect your mobile device on the same WiFi network as the camera. Question:	What size batteries are in the camera
Answer:	I couldn’t find the batteries in my camera so I emailed customer service. They indicate the batteries are NOT end-user replaceable and a contact to customer support is required. Here’s their response to my inquiry: “Currently manually replacing the battery on the device is not possible as it's built-in, however, our warranty service extends to 2 years and covers battery issues and any type of hardware damage, so should you come across any charging issue, please feel free to reach out and we will issue a replacement device to you promptly! ” Hope that helps!
