Answer:	Hello Annie this potty soft Disney Minnie doesn't have a splash guard. I think is because this potty Disney Minnie is for girls. And I can tell you, it is very comfortable, easy to clean, and very safe for toddlers.

It DID NOT come with the hook. The 2nd one I ordered (just about 3 weeks ago) was also fulfilled by Amazon and came from S&D Kids and was only 14.99. It DID come with the hook! If you do a search and keep looking at all of them, you can find the best price, still thru Amazon. They don't also show the best deal first. Hope this helps!
