Now it has a very slight smell, but I find it tolerable. From the reviews, it sounds like I'm not the only person to have this problem. Maybe mine sat wrapped in plastic longer than others...

Answer:	I measure 3 3/4" (9 1/2 cm) hole to hole at the most. The screws are about 1/2" long, that might be something else to consider for your handles.

Answer:	Perhaps ONE in each pocket. I use this in our RV and I have 4 dish towels and 4 dish clothes stored (tightly) in one pocket. The picture in the advertisement is a good depiction of the size and capacity.
Question:	Can i put a wipe warmer in one of the top parts
Answer:	I think so. I just looked at mine and the holes are big enough. Of course, it would depend on how heavy it becomes... I have shampoo, hairspray, hair gel, etc. in mine and it's pretty heavy, so I use the hooks over the door. I don't know how much Command hooks can hold, but it probably tells on the package.
Question:	Can you put a changing pad on top of this shelf
Answer:	It's roughly 12.5" inlength by 5.75" deep The pockets are a little narrow on the bottom and wider on the top 3.5" bottom of the pocket and 4.5" in the opening of the pocket. Of course with the window view in the front. I love it.
