Answer:	You’ll definitely need to out some kind of mat if it’s cement outside. There is no cushion at all. You can put it in a grass just make sure theres no rocks. We love ours however

Answer:	I washed mine twice already. It unsnap at the top and you take the straps apart at the bottom and throw it in the wash and dryer. I put back the snaps first and then the straps at the bottom, they are a bit of a pain but be patient. I did not have the frame opened all the way when putting it back together. Once your done use a little force to push down the 2 side that lock it. Mine looked brand new again. Hope this helped.

Answer:	My baby is 8 months now. He is starting to crawl and lifting himself up by holding onto the bars, trying to cross over to our bed. So it's time to remove the bassinet! You will know when it gets dangerous for them :)

Answer:	Do not add any additional mattresses to a pack and play. It is very dangerous. Babies are supposed to sleep on a firm surface so you do not need to get an extra mattress for comfort.

Answer:	For the safety of your child we do not recommend using any after-market mattress or extra soft buntings in our playards. Unlike cribs which have rigid sides, the playard has flexible sides and playard mattresses are specially designed to prevent suffocation. Answer:	It is strongest when it is in it's pentagon shape. If any angle isn't in a pentagon shape, it isn't sturdy. We make sure it stays in the strongest configuration, and our 1 year old pulls up on it with no problem.

Answer:	Yes I can positively confirm this. I bought two of them and they go together. Though you absolutely need to have them at an angle to each other. Having them at 180 degrees or at a straight line causes stability issues.

Answer:	If they’re just playing it’s fine but it is probably just as hard as the floor when thinking about naps.

Answer:	Yes. I’ve used it in the shower on occasion. I don’t know if it will rust or not if it’s only used in the shower however.

Answer:	The handles are very sturdy on my commode. I love it. I'm 150 lbs and have bad knees so the height is perfect and the handles are a huge help when getting up. I have had ne problem with feeling secure when using it. Just be sure the handles are fully engaged.
Question:	Is a mattress necessary? Or is the bottom too hard
Answer:	This model does have adjustable legs that are removable. I've seen leg extenders for products such as this, but I've not seen any with wheels. There are many models of commodes out there that come with wheels.

Answer:	No actual gate, but 2 panels open up with a zipper to enable entrance or exit of the play pen. It’s huge. My 4 and 5 year old unzip a panel and go into play with my 1 year old.

Answer:	Olivia is 16 months old now. The liner fits so tight and secure we still use it. Not bulky like some decorative bumpers. Very low profile. Not sure why you would need to remove it? Still protects her head against the rails while sleeping.

Answer:	Hi, our 10.5 month leaned and jumped up while holding the top of the gate and the plastic latch broke on 1 of the skinny edges and need a replacement latch...how do we contact Gupamiga to get the replacement part (just the little latch) sent out to us? Until we have that, I'm using bugee cords to hold the door shut, so we'd really appreciate getting this replacement part :) Many thank yous !!!!

Answer:	I have three of these. Just measured it. It's 11" tall & 8" wide. That's the opening. So it will depend on how big your puppy. My biggest Shih Tzu is 12 lbs and fits through it. But a much bigger dog will not.
